All work at upto Plinth levels. M-20.

Reinnforcement for RCC work incl bending cutting complete job FE 500 D or more

P/F of 20mm dia 450 mm long anchor bolts with nuts complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) incl all carriage complete job

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing and fixing in position, 100 mm thick factory made sandwiched puf panels between two Engineered sheets of pre coated profiles sheet of 0.8 mm (+ 0.05 %) with plain on one side and corrugation on other side both the sides total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. the panel shall be of dis-continuous line. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation. The sand witch panel core shall consist of 80mm thick puf of density not less than 40 kg/ per cum(+/-2). Fixing operations of wall panels shall be completed in all respect as per drawings and specifications and under the overall direction of the Engineer-in-chargeThe panels should be GRIHA certified panels only.
