Demolition above G.L.upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads. Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wooden floors upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads (joists to be measured and paid for separately) as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 40 mm thick including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing the surface to receive waterproofing treatment by removal of previous waterproofing treatment and making surface ready to receive water proofing treatment. Cleaning the surface with wire brushes to clean, smooth & dry surface, free of any loose particles / reinforcement bars / debris etc. Grooving and cleaning all the esisting cracks and repairing them with polymer modified mortar. Washing if required (to be decided by our site incharge) before applying waterproofing coat. Providing and applying two coat of Brawnflex super top over single coat of Brawnflex Primer as per site requirement and complete in all respect including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge allowing drying gap between successive coats of materials upto all leads and lifts. Providing wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position Sal wood including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick BWR water proof (film faced) ply wood flooring of approved quality with butt jointing and nails under PVC flooring complete as per Architectural drawings (frame work and cover fillets to be separately) in cluding carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 2mm thick PVC antistatic venyl Flooring plain or coloured, carbed or mosaic/metalled finish laid with approved adhesive on sub-floor (damp proofing treatment to be paid for separately) for payment including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
