REPAIRS TO AREA DRAIN, PATH, CULVERT, HARD STANDING, INTERLOCKING TILES AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT DGQA RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX AT GHATKOPAR AND VIKHROLI UNDER GE (NORTH) SANTACRUZ

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, PCC coping etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 02 described here-in-before but except brick built in cement mortar 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 15mm(10+5) thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on external surfaces of the brick, PCC block or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , upto the height of bldg roof including necessary formwork/ scaffolding /ladders and safety belt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Snowcem/Duracem/Aquacem/Berger/Shalimar/Birla Opus Paint

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite Industries Ltd, Taloja /Super Aquacem (India) Ltd /FOSROC/Siko/Dr Fixit

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish to outside MD land etc complete all as specified and as per directed all as specified and as per directed

Material and labour for Hard core of broken stone boulders guage not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and framed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.
