UPGRADATION OF MAIN MAUSOLEUM FALSE STEPS AND RAMPS AT TAJ MAHAL, AGRA

Taking out & very carefully old & damaged wooden steps of Main Mausoleum's main entrance including stacking of serviceable materials in suitable place at Taj Mahal, Agra. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) 50x50x6mm angle, railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). Providing and fixing 50mm thick Salwood plank and making anti-slip grooves on top and fixing in Stainless Steel angle frame with proper fixing arrangements over steps including supply of all materials labour T.& P. etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Taking out and re-fixing of 75mm thick Red sand stone slab 75% old and 25% new stone for ramp having 12mm wide and 10mm deep grooving between 12cm. Interval and fixed with araldite and cement mortar including supply of all materials labour T.& P. etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Shifting of M.S. frame's ramp of suitable place fixed with cutting, hoisting and welding in position including supply of all materials labour T.& P. etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 m and for all lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in coping, including mixed colouring pigment matching to original. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Taking out old & decayed wooden ramp and frame including stacking of dismantled materials in suitable place by head load/hand cart upto 500 mtrs. distance. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing wooden ramps (0.10m height) to the platforms to facilitate specially abled persons. The ramps will be designed 1:12 gradient keeping in view of the international standard. The ramp will be framed with salwood and top surface finished with teak wood fitted with required hardware & fixtures. The materials of the ramps are designed in such a way that it will match the character of the monument and reversible in nature. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Providing and fixing white marble base of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.15 mtr. for fixed wooden post including grooving of size 0.12 x 0.12 x 0.12 mtr. including supply of all materials labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. (Rate Including GST as per Rule).
