Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, including preparing the surface and making groove of required size and depth in parapet walls. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. Note - (i) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. (ii) The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet walls and tucked into groove in parapet all around including finishing the grooves with cement mortar 1:3.

Finishing APP membranes with two or more coats of aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tile/granite/marble work of thickness upto 25mm in floors, walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs including removing existing finishes if any and washing down with water to remove dust particles as per direction of Eng-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 1:2:4 including the cost of centering and shuttering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 9 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigments as in foot path with 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slab flooring over 18 to 20 mm thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for kota stone slabs 18 to 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado etc laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make and colour, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 8 to 9 mm thick conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make and colour in skirting, risers of steps and dados etc over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) over brick wall/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 06 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio using fully automatic airless spray machine/technology with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint which shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. and applying two coats of smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint with Texture finish having VOC less than 50 grams per ltr complying LEEDS criteria @1 Ltrs (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio using fully automatic airless spray machine/technology with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint which shall be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of smooth interior acrylic emulsion paint on the surface complete all as specified and directed.
