Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. (a) upto 150 mm. thick a)At ground Floor upto roof

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment].

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Applying epoxy mortar ( 10 mm nominal thick) over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:4 cement mortar a) at 3rd. floor (a) 10 mm thick plaster (i) At ground floor.

b) 20 mm. thick plaster

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement (i) 35 mm thick a) At ground.floor

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (A) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- (i) Two coats (with any shade except white)

(B) On timber or plastered surface With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (i) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface. Two Coats

Providing and fixing PVC Door Frame of size 0x47 mm with wall thickness of 5mm (±0.2mm) made out of single piece extruded PVC profile,with mitred cut joints and joint with 2nos.of PVC bracket of size190mmx100mm long arms of cross section size 35mmx15mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40x20mm M.S. rectangular tubeof0.8mm, including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using 8x100 mm long anchor fasteners complete, all as per manufacturer‟s specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & fixing factory made 30 mm thick factory made solid pvc door shutter made out of single piece extruded solid pvc profile. The style & rails shall be of size of 75x30 mm having wall thickness of 5mm. The style and top bottom rail shall have one side at thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinges ide of the profile for better screw holding power. 15 mm thick ness shall be of single piece extruded solid pvc profile where as it shall be not be made of sheet pasted profile) .The styles and rails shall be reinforcb37ed with MS tube of size18 mm(±) 1mm x 18mm (±) 1mm x 1mm painted with primer all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed . solid pvc extruded bidding (pushfit type) will be set inside the styles and rails with a cavity to receive single piece extruded 5 mm pvc sheet as panel.The styles and rails will be metered cut and join with the help of pvc solvent cement, self tapping screw and braket of size 200x75 mm/ welded at each corner. Single piece extruded solid pvc lockrail of size 100x30 mm witha wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of lockrail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100 mm x 8 mm complete as per manufacturers specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Factory made Single piece non decorative extruded PVC profiles door shutter(mat / plain finish)

Anodised aluminium butt hinges of approved quality manufactured from extruded section conforming to I.S. specification (I.S. 205/66) and fitted and fixed with cadmium plated screws: (i) 75 x 63 x 3.2mm.
