Making Artistic painting as per sketch/ drawing using good quality acrylic paint and applying a layer of lacquire finish on the entire painting made on plastered masonry walls/ metalic surfaces etc. including surface preparation, filling the minor crackes, undulation etc. all complete as per directed by EIC. Measurement shall be done at the actual painted surface. Base painting of the surface shall be done and paid under sepearte item.

Designing, fabricating, providing & fixing Pebble stone art of Homi Bhabha portait of approved design of approx size 1200 mm X 900mm including all the fixing arrangement, labour, material etc. Complete as per specification, drawing & as directed by EIC.

Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.

a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces/ RRM walls

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing and applying synthetic plaster finish paint "Renovo/ Durashield/ RUF & TUF of Sherwin Williams[BJN Paints]/ Chemtex or approved equivalent paint over plastered surface by applying one coat of approved coat of ASP as per manufacturer's specification by trowel and applying Two coats finish with approved colour and shade on specified locations internal/external surface in plane, curved/ any geometric shape as recommended by approved manufacturer to perfect line, level, plumb including finishing with sharp edge at corners, nitches etc. all as per manufacturer's recommendations and specification or as directed by EIC including all labour materials, scaffolding, double height staging, if required & surface preparation etc. all complete at all heights, leads, location and lifts as specified in drawing and as directed by the EIC. Note:- Finished surface area shall be measured for payment.

a) Brick patttern/ wooden texture design/ multi design or any approved design over brick/concrete/RR masonry surface.

Writing the names of different DAE units inside the circular area of dia. varying from 300 to 450mm at the side of boat wall of 2nd level using first quality premium gloss enamel pain of approved shade, pattern, font, combination of paints of different shades, including preparing the surface, painting the base surface, bordering etc at different heights as per drawing and all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge . Sample writing is to be got approved prior to execution.

Providing exterior grade outdoor type all season ITF approved UV stable Eight layered synthetic cushioned surfacing system including line marking for outdoor tennis courts with PRO Decoturf of M/s. Decoturf/ M/s. Master sports/ M/s. Terraco or other ITF approved manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (ITF approved Eight layer cushioning system should be submitted to department before start of work for approval of competent authority). The work generally consists of the following/ as per ITF approved system: 1) Thorough cleaning of surface. 2) Application of two coat of acrylic Resurfacer mixed with silica sand and clean potable water in the ratio as recommended by the manufacturer. 3) Application of two coats of course rubber, flexible, 100% acrylic of approved make mixed with clean potable water in the ratio as recommended by manufacturer by using flexible rubber squeegee 50 or 70 durometer. (Note: All the local depressions, undulations in the asphalted surface should be thoroughly filled in to make the surface even and uniform profile). 4) Application of two coats of fine rubber high performance 100% acrylic of approved make mixed with clean potable water in the ratio as recommended by the manufacturers by using flexible rubber squeegee 50 or 70 durometer. 5) Application of one coat of Acrylic of approved make, texture and approved colour mixed with sand and clean potable water in the ratio as recommended by the manufacturers. 6) Application of finish coat of un-diluted non-textured Acrylic of approved make and colour. 7) Marking of court lines with Hi-line paint including Surface preparation etc. all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes: 1) The treated surface shall have guarantee for a period of 2 (TWO) years from the date of completion of work. 2) Consumption of various materials at each coat shall "never" be less than as specified by manufacturer.
