ROAD, PATH AND CULVERT WORKS

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L for septic tanks on site LLDPE Conventional type PCC bed, brick work incl sludge chamber septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water comprising earthwork, excavation, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr in any type of of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in foundations, 200mm thick, vent shaft connection etc complete for 10 users (1600 Ltrs capacity ) including all fittings, fixtures testing on completion approximate dimensions.

M&L for Soakage well excavation in any type of soil foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregagtes), walls of honey combed masonry with toping in M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and serum chamber made of brick masonry in cement motar , RCC cover slab in M-25 inter connecting pipes of RCC complete filed with brick bats of size 1.80m x 3.00m effective depth including earthwork.

SECURITY WALL/FENCING AND GATE

SUMMER APPLIANCES

Supply and install voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with out put voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/-2.5 % and of capacity 01 KVA.

Supply and install Desert Cooler with steel body having 450 mm fan size with Aluminium blade ISI Marked electric driven (Single phase) having nominal air flow capacity 4000 Cum per Hour with wall thickness of sheet 1 mm and Water tank and body pillar 1.5 mm thick including prewired electric control panel with immersed pump duly ISI marked pump and Fan motor.

STANDBY DG SET

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Diesel engine driven Air cooled generating set of capacity 7.5 KVA, 415 volts, BHP as per manufacturer recommendation, AC supply, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base frame with flexible coupling and meeting the requirement of IS-4722/BIS specification with CPCB approved acoustic enclosures fabricated out of CRCA sheets as per manufacture recommendation. Sound proofing of enclosures is done with high quality foam conforming to IS-8183 for 75 dBT 1 mtr complete including PCC foundation in all respect as per norms of OEM.(a) DIESEL ENGINE : Air cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specification, 12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity, charging dynamo/ alternator, air cleaner, diesel/ oil filters, complete in all respect. The engine shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running confirming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notifications Part-II sections-III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004. (b) FUEL TANK : In built fuel tank of adequate capacity for 12 hours running with stop cook, drain plug as per recommendation of OEM (c) ALTERNATOR : 7.5 KVA at NTP AT Jammu, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415 volts, AC supply, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type brushless, conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. (e) CONTROL PANEL : The standard control panel shall be built in acoustic enclosures with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cable :-

(i) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short circuit protection. (ii) Digital Ammeter. (i) Digital voltmeter. (ii) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fuses. (iii) Frequency meter, Hour meter, Fuel level indicator. (iv) KWH meter of suitable capacity digital type for 3 phase 415 volt AC supply and for unbalanced load. (v) Water temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge. Note : The Gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requirement (The label shall be durable and legible) (a) Name and address of the engineer manufacturer. (b) Statement that this engine conforms to the environment (PROTECTION) (c) Type and approval certificate number. (d) Date of manufacturing of gen set. (e) Acoustic enclosure : Acoustic enclosure should be as per manufacturer recommendation. The walls of enclosures will be insulated to get 75 dba at 1 mtr sound leveled as recommended by ministry of environment and forest. The enclosure shall have following provisions (i) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing (iii) Fuel drain (iv) Lub oil drainage (v) Air breather (vi) Easy stop push button(vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii)Tube light fitting 1x14 watt-02 Nos Note : (i) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy. (ii) First filling of Engine oil and Fuel etc should by arranged by contractor for testing.

Material and Labour earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge, of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanised Iron earth lead 32mmx6mm (Gl Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 32mmx6mm earth lead protected by provision of Gl medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-0,reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, Gl light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50mtr and removal of surplus soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillars and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Construction of valve pit chamber of following sizes with brick masonry, one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation complete including necessary exc and earthwork in any type of soil, formwork, 15 mm thick cement & plaster rendering internally all around over brick work & externally upto 15 cm below normal Gl with 10 SWG thick MS sheet cover including 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black Bituminous paints of size 1200mmx1200mmx1350mm.

EXTERNAL ELECT SUPPLY

S&F Pole mounted junction box, Degree of protection IP54 fabricated out of 3mm thick MS sheet of size 300mm x 200mm x 100mm, front openable door with hinges, weather proof duly painted internally and externally over a coat of red oxide primer suitable to house and including colour coded 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps rating mounted on insulators, one No MCB SP 6 Amps mounted on dinrail suitable ot accommodate 02 Nos MCB SP, internally wired with suitable size of copper conductor, provision of bottom cable entry with cable glands for connecting street light fittings.

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1993, free floor standing / wall mounting factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accommodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminium bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/ epoxy insulator of conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links/ interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armored cable of adequate size with glands. Supply , lay /passing thorough pole / pipe / fix along the walls / pillar, copper conductor cable 1100 Volts Grade of size 1.5 sqmm x 3 core, PVC insulated and FRLS PVC round sheathed complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing cable route indicator for LT Cable of 10 cm dia Cl plate 6mm thick embossed with raised lettering LT cable 433 Volts painted with luminous paint and mounted on angle iron 25x25x3mm and 0.6 mtr long embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 (size 30cmx15xcmx15cm) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm dia (light grade) with attachment of suitable size of MS claims for fixing street light all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit has been attached in tender in Pdf format and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 3241.00 shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
