PART A (Annual Running Maintenance of Raiilway Siding Systematic maintanance of railway siding at FSD Borivali for all items included in technical specifications para 3.0 to 3.9

Supply of pre-stressed concrete sleepers for 52kg/60kg rail as per IR specification and drawing cost of 4 Nos MTC inserts to site of work (The rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, inspection charges, and also including transportation,loading, unloading and stacking complete as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply of P.Way material (Ist class) for 52kg/60kg rail section of standard size at site as per the latest I.R. specification and drawings including all taxes.

Supplying and stacking of approved quality of stone ballast of 50 mm gauge confirming to technical specification (IR) and as per direction of Engineer in charge

PART B Dismantling of turnout including rail joints and crossing on all types of sleepers rails stacking the rails/sleepers and fittings separately at nominated place including removing and stacking of ballast/earth and levelling formation etc. complete

Supply of Permanant way materials ( Ist class) for 52 kg/60kg Rail section of standard size at site as per latest I.R. specification & drawing as per direction of Engg incharge. ( The rate will be inclusive of all taxes , octroi, inspection charges and excise duty etc.) including complete fittings like GRP, ERC plate screws, fish plate, bolts and nuts spherical washer, GFN liner , CI block incuding steel fittings like bearing plates, slide chair, structure bar insulating tie plates, tie bar & MS plate complete as per drawings. (a) Supply of 52 kg/60kg turnout in 1 in 8 1/2 BG 6400mm over riding curved switch & complete turn out on PSC sleepers with all fitting & fastening listed in/ 4867 and latest I.R. specification , as per direction of engineer incharge. (i) Supply of straight / curve switches consisting of 2Nos. stock rails & 2Nos. tonue rail & complete required fittings as per RDSO drawing No. T-4865,T-4866/4966, T-4867/4967 including hand point lever box etc. complete. (ii) check Rails ( 2Nos ) (iii) 1 No. CMS crossing for 1 in 8 1/2 - 52 kg /60kg Rail section for turnout (iv) Complete lead rails set

Supply of PSC crossing sleeper for 1 in 8 1/2 turn out for sleeper set ( 1 to 67 ) as per RDSO Drg. No. T-4865/T-4965 including all fitting and all taxes, ;oading unloading etc. complete.

Assembling and laying of 52 kg./ 60kg turnout straight or curved on PSC sleeper as per RDSO No. T-4865, T-4866, T-4867, & T-4965 ( turnout including stock Rails , tongue Rails , lead Rails , check Rails and ancillaries fitting required , for assembling ) including of cutting closure Rails wherever required , drilling of holes in Rails , including fixing of all special components and fixtures complete including 1 st through packing & 2 nd through packing etc. complete as per direction of Engg incharge .

Supply of junction fish plates 52/100lbs one set consist of 4 Nos fish plates and 8 Nos of bolts & nuts washers including all taxes loading , unloading etc. complete

Supply of CI Distance blocks of required size as per site conditions & RDSO drawing including all taxes, loading , unloading etc. complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Supply of bolts & nuts for CI distance blocks of required size as per site condition & RDSO drawing including all taxes, loading, unloading etc complete and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Labour charges for cutting of 90R/52 kg rail section in required numbers & locations & drilling of holes of required size so as to fix nuts and bolts in rails as well as in check rails as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for cutting flange and making grooves in 90R/52 kg rail section in required size, numbers & locations so as to fix the check rail over PRC sleepers as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Credit for taking away dismantled unserviceable absolete railway materials as is where is basis including GST etc complete
