M&L for removal of existing unserviceable lock of any description in any position and S&F new lock (brass) 6 levers with duplicate key including fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specificed and directed. [Make : Voltas/Bajarang/Lico as approved by GE]

M&L for removal of existing unserviceable handle, and S&F new chromium plated handle 100 mm long including fixing with suitable nut / pins complete all as specificed and directed.

Removal of existing unserviceable shelves and S&F new shelves made out 1.00 mm thick MS sheet of existing patterns including fixing with suitable screws complete all as specificed and directed.

Removal of existing unserviceable 3 way locking device and S&F new 3 way locking device (size of MS rod will be 10 mm dia) including brass shackles and fixing with suitable screws / rivets for Almirah large complete all as specificed and directed.

Replacement of broken/ dacayed legs and S&F new legs made out 1.00 mm thick MS sheet bend to shape fix with suitable size rivets and gas welding as required complete all as specificed and directed.

Removal of complete dents, filling with putty, preparation of old painted surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of spray painting of approved shade (synthetic enamel paint) for internal and external surfaces complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for continuous gas welding at damaged portions/joints complete all as specificed and directed. Note: Each joint exceeding 2.5cm to be measured seperately.

Removing of existing wornout unserviceable cane/Nylon newar of chair varandah and M&L for appying one coat of synthetic enamal paint, white tint including recanning with new standard 3.5 mm wide white plastic cane of semi circular type in matt pattern complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F in replacement new hard PVC/rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable screws complete all as specificed and directed.

REPAIRS TO LOCKER BEDSIDE STEEL [Drg Nos.SK-867, FD-257, FD-1029, FD-127(M)]

Removal of existing unserviceable lock of any description in any position and S&F new lock (brass) 6 levers with duplicate key including fixing with suitable machine screws complete all as specificed and directed. [Make: Bajarang/Voltas/Lico as aproved by GE]

Removal of existing unserviceable conduit pipe and S&F new MS chromium plated conduit 19 mm dia complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for removing of old unserviceable plywood top and S&F new plywood top 12 mm thick of BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 of size(1980X 900mm) as shown in drg and fixed with 12 Nos Nut & Bolts to charpoy GI Pipe, complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken long rails from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail made out of GI pipe 32 mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including threading both sides, complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken short rails from Charpoy GI pipe and making short rail from old unserviceable long rails retrieved from Item No 10.02 above including threading and fixing in Charpoy GI Pipe, complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing of damaged/ broken legs from Charpoy GI pipe and making legs from old unserviceable short rails retrieved from Item No 10.03 above and threading and S&F 3 mm MS plate in bottom to be welded with legs and fixing in Charpoy GI Pipe, complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing of old/ damaged GI elbow 3 way, 32 mm bore and S&F new GI elbow 3 way, 32 mm bore ISI marked to Charpoy GI pipe, complete all as specificed and directed.

REPAIRS TO TEAPOY VERANDAH (DRG NO FD - 383, FD - 35)

M&L for dismandling, taking out carefully and replacement of old existing broken top of teapoy varandha of any description, in any position and S&F new top of teapoy varandha of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, BWR with and including 6mm thick teak wood all round beading all as shown on drg, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint black to steel surfaces of Table dining OR after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required complete all as specificed and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable leg of teapoy varandha and S&F new legs made as per size and shape as per existing complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F in replacement new hard PVC/rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable screws complete all as specificed and directed.

REPAIRS TO CHARPOY FOLDING / CHARPOY WITH HARDTOP (DRG NO FD - 1119, FD/E6/MAP-II/01)

All as per BOQ serial Item No.10.01 here-in-before but plywood of charpoy folding complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamal paint black to steel surfaces of charpoy folding after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L removal of damaged/broken iron pipe and welding of new pipe of 12mm dia mild steel pipes/ stiffner of 25mm wall thikness 2mm shall be welded in head and foot sides with equal spacing, complete all as specificed and directed.

S&F in replacement new hard PVC/rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable screws complete all as specificed and directed.

Note:- The contractor has to arrange execution of certain misc petty repairs/ painting/ polishing work at work site under AOR of BSO Bhopal which includes entire area of Bairagarh Cantt and SI lines Cantt. Necessary transportation charges to carry manpower and required stores shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. However all the major repair work shall be carried out at BSO yard only.

Deduct Schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs. 65835.00
