Supplying & fixing on Exposed surfaces thefollowing sizes uv-stabilized Chlorinated Poly Vinyl Chloride ( CPVC ) pipes & Fittings or ASTM pipes & fittings of specified class having thermal stability for both hot & cold water supply consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying CPVC pipes and CPVC plain / brass threaded fittings, SDR - 11 having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply conforming to IS 15778 or ASTM pipes & fittings with ISI mark / equivalent approvals as per relevant standards. ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces / underground, to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, using metal straps ( On wall surfaces ) at 1.00mtr. interval or as directed by the EIC. iii) Jointing the pipes and Specials using Solvent cement conforming to IS 15225 & Teflon tape ( For threaded joints) of approved makes including cutting the pipe to required size, preperation of surfaces, necessary tools etc. all complete. iv) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. v) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code Pipes & Fittings SDR-11(Upto 50mmdia) as per IS 15778

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position GI structural steel of angle, joists, channel, IBeam, plain / chequered plates for monorail /MS gates / supports of required size including cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting inposition including supplying & fixing embedded parts for fixing monorail /supports in concrete, including painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc cromate red oxide primer all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing & fixing GRP/FRP Compositeframe with Covers / Gratings of M/s Everlastor approved make, tested for load designationas per IS:1726 including the cost of 1:2:4 gradeconcrete for fixing frame, bed block (bearingcourse) and capping including necessary formwork and C.M 1:2 mortar for fixing the frame &for plastering exposed surfaces of concretebed block and capping finished smooth withfloating coat of neat cement etc., complete asper specifications, drawings and as directed bythe E.I.C.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivet joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufactures for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC. Note: Plate handle of 150 mm long & 6 mm thick will be considered for payment, nothing extra will be paid for other fittings & fixtures

18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

Providing 15 mm thick internal plasteringusing Ready mix internal plastering in CM 1:4or as per approved manufacturersspecification of approved make for pedestalspipe supports, brick walls, stone masonry,concrete surfaces etc. with floating coat of neatcement, including preparation of the surface,curing, cleaning, scaffolding complete all asper specifications and as directed at site by theEngineer-in-charge

Supplying & fixing 10 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing and making cores of 65 mm / 50 mm dia. to the overhead water tank using electric operated core cutting machine and plugging of old damaged/ abandoned pipes holes with waterproofing cement mortar all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providng and fixing of 65 mm/ 50 mm dia pipe sleeves upto 450 mm length and making outer surface rough for scour/ outlet pipe with plug and fixing it to core made at the directed place by using polymer mortar and making the core waterproof etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing following size class-I Peet / GateValve of brass or Gun metal, with Cast ironwheel, conforming to IS 778 upto 300 mmsize, fixing the Valve to pipe line includingthe cost of jointing materials, testing for leakproof joints at 10 kg / sq.cm hydraulicpressure, all complete as per specificationand as directed by EIC.

Galvanised iron pipe ofspecified class consisting following items ofwork:- i) Supplying galvanised mild steel screwedand socketed pipe conforming to IS 1239 (part-I ) with galvanised mild steel or wroughtsteel fittings conforming to IS 1239 ( part-II) ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials onexposed surfaces to correct line, level andplumb for water supply line, overflow andvent using M.S. nails, rawl plugs, woodengutties and 'U' type G.I clamps having not lessthan 2 mm thick. iii) Making leak proof threaded joints usingWhite zinc, Spun yarn etc. including cuttingthe pipe, threading and the cost of jointingmaterials. iv) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCCor brick work structure such as wall, column,beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing thepipe line and reinstating all the damage to itsoriginal condition. v) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure of 10 Kg / Sq.cm for leak proof joint. vi) Painting the pipe line after testing with two coats of flat oil paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer. Class " C " ( Heavy quality ) G.I. pipe & fittings.

Supplying and laying below the ground orfloor, the following diameter galvanised ironpipe line of specified class, consisting thefollowing items of work:-i) Supplying galvanised mild steel screwedand socketed pipe conforming to IS 1239 (part-I ) with galvanised mild steel or wroughtsteel fittings conforming to IS 1239 ( part-II).ii) Laying pipes and specials below theground or floor for water supply / Waste linein proper level and gradient.iii) Making leak proof threaded joints usingWhite zinc, Spun yarn etc. including cuttingthe pipe, threading, the cost of jointingmaterials etc.iv) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulicpressure of 10 kg / sq.cm for leak proof joints.v) Providing & wrapping 'Pypekote' (corrossion protected tape ) of 4 mm thickincluding supplying & application of pipecoating and spiral wrapping etc. ( wrappingshould have an overlap of 15 to 20 mm )complete as per standards for corrosionprotection of pipes that are laid underground/ floor. Class " C " ( Heavy quality ) G.I. pipes & fittings.
