Cutting or uprooting grass/scrub on old roof surface, removing rubbish off the premises, cleaning surface neat and clean complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 25 mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates), for laying of floor finishes such as tiles etc.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick Work (internal surfaces) for fixing of wall tiling.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes for non skid ceramic and grinaite tiles .

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick coloured tiles as in dado, skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tiles.

S&F 35 mm thick, second class hard wood, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mi-tred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F 35 mm thick FACTORY MADE Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) 2nd class HW rail and style with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Flush shutters, 35 mm thick solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick, second class hard wood, factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded in windows, ventilators, etc., are provided with stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24(b) complete all as specified and as directed.

S/F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter prelaminated one side 30 mm thick(style) conisiting of frame made out of M S tubes for top and bottomrails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ;C; channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail. Pannelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted ithe MS frame welded/sealed to the stile and rail with suitable PVC sheet bedding and jointed with solvent cement as per specified.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for applying of bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm over the cement plastered surfaces including preparation complete all as per manufacturers instruction.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torced application complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for finishing the Bituminous surface with aluminium paint @0.15 Ltr/sqm as per manufactures specifications and under strict supervision of manufactuer's technical representative complete in all respects as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for MS rolled section, roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, rafters, columns , plates, cleats and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) of Fe-410 -W(Gde E-250) Quality-B etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 0.5 mm thick pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of coiour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering with self tapping screws as specified.
