S&F sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and waste coupling, including bedding in cement mortar to drawft wall or including cantiliver brackets of mild steel angle 35 x 35 x 5 mm and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC waste pipe 32/40 mm bore, 65 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION

S&F BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) Ceiling Fan, 1200 mm suitable for regulator, not less than 350 RPM, not less than Air delivery 215 cum/minute, voltage 220V, high air follow with silence operation, having full copper motor winding & ribbed 3 Nos A/M blades. The BLDC motor fan shall have 100% rust-free blade. The fan shall have BEE 5 star rating and compliant with IS-374 and making necessary electric connection of suitable PVC copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan regulator electronic type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal body exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 230 Volts, single phase1400 RPM with copper wound and louvers including necessary electric connection with appropriate size of PVC copper wire from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC body exhaust fan 250 mm sweep, 230 Volts, single phase, 1400 RPM with copper wound and louvers including necessary electric connection with appropriate size of PVC copper wire from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting/opening of hole through out the wall as suitable for exhaust fan of size 230mm & 300mm sweep and fixing of nut-bolts with 4" anchor fastner of suitable size and making good the disturbed surface and all as per site requirement. Note : The rates are inclusive in respect of under this item as above hole opening civil work with MS fastener bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm (minimum) long for fixing of exhaust fan and MS fastener clamps strip 38 mm wide and 5mm thick (min) to hold exhaust fan.

S&F water storage heater 5 star in white colour with metal body (Geyser) of capacity 25 ltr, vertical type, AC, electric, 230 volt, complete with heating element, thermostat, 3 core lead, Plug top, safty valve, inluding electric and water connection using MS Iron suitable nut, bolts & washers and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade with all fittings fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor including connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib tap 15mm bore of cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type scrwed to iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop cock of 15 mm dia cast copper alloy (heavy duty) CP fancy type screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduct wiring etc and making good cutting n exc 10cm girth in brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete, standard copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts grade electrical cable on PVC Casing Caping from existing switch board to Exhaust fan/ ceiling rose including 1.5 Sqmm standard copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed (a) One fan point controlled by one way switch.

M&L light fan point controlled by one moduler switch with PVC insulated, unsheathed, muti stranded, single core copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm on PVC Casing Caping with modular sunken pressed steel terminal boxes 2 mm thick of required size including inside and outside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with modular plate and modular flush box in different module for housing modular switches/ socket and fan regulator etc. PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, single core copper conductor cable, 1.5 Sqmm used as earth wire to common earth and connected to common dolly all as specified and directed. (a) One fan/Exhaust point controlled by one way modular switch.

S&F switch piano, flush type 5 Amps single pole one way, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular box with MCB 20 Amp complete with metal box and 3 Pin Top Plug complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates are inclusive of cutting / chases for mounting Modular metal box concealed in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces with OBD / colour wash / white wash and wall putty where ever required.

S&F switch modular single pole, one way 6 Amp, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Modular Fan Regulator 120W, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface Bakelite 60x 25 mm two to three terminals,ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cables with stranded copper conductors 4.0 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade on & including PVC casing caping complete with all accessories medium grade and copper cable 4 Sqmm continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed (Note:- (a) Two runs of cable with 01 earth wire shall be measured as one length

S&F PVC connection with brass nipple 15 mm x 600 mm long with ISI marked suitable for hot and cold water of 25 ltrs capacity of geyser as hot and cold water connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces laid over plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:4 as in skirting/dados on vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed .(Note Tiles dimension & Pattern shall match with existing tiles)

S&F fan hook faster 18 x 160 mm, M12 in ceiling for hanging of ceiling fan complete with grouting works, making good to the disturbed surfaces of ceiling including necessary touch up with through adjuring surface of disturbed area i.e with OBD/ Colour work/ white wash as existing finishes complete all as specified and directed
