NCTPS I SE M II Circle AHP Dn Unit I O H works 2026 27 overhauling of various sizes of valves cleaning checking and rubber lining the ash water lines cleaning of Ash water tank and Ash slurry Sump etc in Ash Handling pump House

Providing bariguard in Unit-I slurry trench. Dewatering and removing the accumulated floating materials from the sump. Cleaning the sump and dispose the material collected from the sump and transporting to low lying area and dumped including consumables and T & P’s.

Dismantling, inspection and re-fixing the 406 dia bend with pipe in the suction pipe of ASDP A & B series, at (-) 10 mtr. Elevation including consumables and T & P’s.

Renewal of damaged anchored plates from the concrete wall for supporting structure inside the unit- I Slurry sump including consumables and T & P’s.

Fabrication and Erection of channel for renewal/strengthening the supporting structure for inside Unit-I Slurry pump (1A & 1B) walk way platform and outside unit-I flush water line including T&P & consumables. (Material supplied by TNPGCL scope)

Removing 100 NB pipe from sump make up line to the end of suction pipe of A & B series cleaning the silt and sea growth chocked inside the pipe, cleaning the pipe inside the surfaces. Removing the peeled off rubber by burning cut the pipe in to two pieces cleaning the corroded pipe by buffing, grinding inside the pipe and welding and re-fixing one 100 NB Butterfly valve with rubber lining the pipes including consumables and T & P’s.

Cleaning of Ash water tank (capacity 650 m3) of unit I, including removal of muds, sediments deposited at the tank bottom (at a height of 1.5 mtr.) and dispose the material through the tank drain pipe, collecting the sediments from the rain water trench and transporting to low lying area and dumping including consumables and T & P’s.

Cleaning & removing of barnacles formed inside the sea water storage tank walls of unit-I & II including consumables and T & P’s.

Removing the 350 NB valve from the Flushing Water Line and Ash water line and fixing the valve in the line after work completion and supports tightened including consumables and T & P’s.

Dismantling the valve body, bonnet assembly & gate and reconditioning the worn-out portion of valve body and gate by metal filling and grinding and overhauling the 350 NB valve and assembling including consumables and T & P’s.

Removing the 350 dia Ash water discharge header pipe from the Unit–I line lowering to ground, cleaning the silt, sea growth chocked inside the pipe and checking the pipe inside surfaces including consumables and T & P’s.
