Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in:Foundation and plinth and wall including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, fecia ,mouldings, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Providing and fixing Fencing with MS post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 metres (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of MS posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.With G.I. barbed wire

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing toughned glass glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket and including aluminium beading complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge including cost of aluminium snap beading . glazing with glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated Particle board board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing stainless steel wire gauge of IS gauge designation 140 g with wire of dia 0.71 mm to windows and clerestory windows including beading of aluminium including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting hepatchinproper shape, rakingout jointsand preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to thedumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.With cement mortar 1:4(1cement : 4 fine sand)

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.
