MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELECTRIC FITTINGS FIXTURES, WIRING AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT OMQ OF SP AREA, SMC, SWIMMING POOL, OFFICERS MESS AND OTHER CONNECTED AREA UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring light, fan, light fittings, socket or power complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regualtors, sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custudy or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 volts grade (FRLS), ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit after cutting, chasing the wall etc and making good of disturbed surface, including all accessories etc, heavy duty ISI marked, including mild steel sunken boxes with earth dolly duly powder coated suitable for modular plates of required size, covered with modular plates, suitable for modular switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) (FRLS) single core cables as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light /fan /ex fan point controlled by one switch. (Note- Modular switch and sockets will be measured and paid separately)

All as per item No 2 above but For one bell point controlled by one bell push

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet , 6 Amps on same board

All as per item No 2 above but for one 3 pin socket outlet , 6 Amps on Independent board

All as per item No 2 above but one light point controlled by two 2 - way SP switches

All as per item No 2 above but with 2.5 Sqmm cable for Independent board one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet including single core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100v grade IS-694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire 2.5 Sqmm FRLS all as specified and directed. (Only one 15 Amp point will be in one circuit)

All as per item No 2 above but with 4 Sqmm cable for Independent board one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet including single core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor unsheathed 1100v grade IS-694 FRLS cable for continuous earth wire 2.5 Sqmm FRLS all as specified and directed. (Only one 15 Amp point will be in one circuit)
