Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge/pavement, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:8:16 with stone aggregates 40mm gauge, mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade machine made rubber moulded smooth finish with strong vibratory process or with vibro-hydraulic compaction machine and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge IS Code 15658(2006) for Non traffic Areas and streets having width less than 3.05 mt.( Also not to used over footpaths).

Construction of unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement in M-30 mix design over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade conforming to IS:383 mixed with concrete mixer using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791, laid in position, compacted with needle vibrator, screed vibrator and plate vibrator, dewatering of free water with vaccum pump, finishing the surface with power floater, finishing to required lines and grades as per drawings and technical clause 1501 of MORD specifications

Providing & fixing 560 mm, 500 mm and 450 mm internal diametre circular or 450 mm x 600 mm clear inside opening rectangular RCC manhole cover and frame ISI marked as per IS:12592-2002 including carriage from the stores of the Engineer-in-charge to site of work, loading, unloading including stacking and setting the same to correct lines over manholes including cement concrete copping (M:20) around the frame etc. Dia of steel for lifting hook is 16mm (for EHD and HD). - 560mm i/d RCC man hole cover with frame as per ISI - Heavy duty
