Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth work upto a lead of 20 metre in all kind of soil as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

Excavation in foundation and trenches up to all depths and in all classification of each work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting soft or hard rock or chiselling or wedging out of soft/ hard rock, where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement :4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra allowances of form work in cement concrete linig in side slope with in all leads and lilft as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 Cement : 1.5 sand : 3 gareded stone aggregate 20 mm & down guage nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like and the mass concrete.

Wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand 4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in CM 1:3 (1cement : 3sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand : 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonery /polygonal rubble masonary (uncoursed / brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with CC 1 : 6 : 12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in C.M. 1: 6 (1cement : 6sand) in Breast walls & retaining walls within all leads and lifts as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railling, brackets and similar works.

Wire crates of interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. (Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately)
