Rendering Sanitation Services to Staff Quarters Compound at RTTC, Lucknow (During the year 2021-22)

Sub-Head : Earth work

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Sub-Head : Repairs to building

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc.,removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint.

Sub-Head : Miscellaneous

Sweeping and cleaning of common area/ paved/ unpaved area etc. in front and back of residential quarters , roads, pathways and parking including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in compound etc all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge (Area cleaned to be measured for payment.) (Frequency of work daily).

Cleaning available Common floor area of residential quarters as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Proper and efficient cleaning & sweeping of the floors, staircase, corridors and other space including disposal of garbage and other refuges/ rubbish to dumping site in township to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Cleaned Floor area to be measured for payment. (Frequency of work daily)

Wet mopping of cement concrete flooring with detergent powder or other approved floor cleaner. It includes the cost of all labour T&P etc. all complete. Cleaned Floor area to be measured for payment.(Frequency of work daily)

Deploying tractor along with trolly and driver for removal of garbage and waste material from compound to the dumping ground beyond municipal limits i/c fuel etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer -in-charge including the cost of loading etc all complete.

Cleaning of manhole/Chambers of all sizes in the compound including removal of earth, silt, slush, brickbats, garbages and other refuses and deposting the same to the dumping site in township complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Rate includes the cost of cleaning of manhole/chamber, de-watering if required including removing of manhole /chamber cover and keeping the same back in position after cleaning etc. complete. (Payment will be made for each cleaning).

Cleaning of sewer line of SW pipes/RCC pipes including complete removal of earth, silt, slush, brickbats, garbage and other refuses and disposing of the same to dumping site in township complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes the cost of cleaning of sewer line, de-watering if required including repair of damaged sewer line/manholes/chambers back filling after repair etc. complete) Note :- Removal of chokages, if any, in the water closet/floor trap/inspection chamber in the residential quarters shall be takeup immediately and rates includes in this item. no separate payment shall be made for removal of chokages in the water closet/floor trap/inspection chamber.

Removal of sludge by mechanical means from septic tank (100 Users containg 24.65 Cum capacity approx.) and cleaning the same in and around with water and disposal of sludge outside the compound in the authorized municipal dump all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
