Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles including ridges and cement concrete in roofing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 20mm thick rendering over roof slab when concrete is green in Cement Mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Material and labour for applying two coat of damp proof coat of approved make roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof of approved make 33% dilution including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with repair mortar of approved make (wherever required) filling of crack filler with crack filler of approved make (wherever required) complete all as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins rail and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E 165).

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ridge to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified (Mangalore Pattern).

Supply and fixing UPVC half pipes trapezoidal shape rain water gutter 150mm at top and 110mm at bottom width complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix UPVC pipes, single socketed, in any length , with rubber rings 110mm dia

Supply and fix UPVC Bends or elbows, square, or obtuse

Material and labour for preparation of surface of steel and iron of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out existing textile covering including frames (if any) or hessian base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing the dismantled debris to a distance exc 200m & n.exc 250m.

Preparing the concrete surface to remove dust, dirt, laitance etc using mechanical means and treating minor defects in concrete with polymer modified mortar using repair polymer (SBR) all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing and Installing TPO Membrane Reinforced Membrane is a high performance, heat weldable, scrim reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet manufactured & supplied in thickness of 1.5mm as per UNI EN 1849-2, designed for waterproofing and heat shielding roofs of new and existing buildings. The membrane shall have elongation at break >15% as per UNI EN 12311-2 , Hydrostatic Pressure Resistance (6 hrs @5 bar) as per UNI EN 1928 met B ,Tearing Strength (N) >300 as per UNI EN 12310-2, Puncture resistance (N) of >700 as per DIN 16726-5.12 , Tensile Strength (N/5 cm) is >1100 as per UNI EN 12311-2, the joint of membrane should welded with double seam welding machine and detailing of membrane can be done through hand applied welding tools.Minimum overlap shall be 80mm. The membrane shall be terminated at min height of 300mm above FFL in the vertical areas using termination bar and mechanical fasteners and PU sealant, complete as per manufacturer specifications and product data sheets all as specified and directed.
