Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, socket, light fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for providing Point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including mild steel sunk with terminal box of adequate size of thickness not less than 1.6mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling including one run 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed for the followings:-

(a) One light point or one fan point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch.

(b) One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on independent board.

(c) One 3/5 pin socket combination, 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

(d) One light point controlled by two nos 2way switches.

(e) One call bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or on independent board.

Supply and Fixing 10/12 W environment friendly ultra modern energy saving, surface mounted decorative oval type bulk head edge lit LED luminaire including necessary connection with twin twisted unsheathed PVC copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. M & L for aluminium twin core, 4Sqmm, PVC insulated, multistrand cable, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/ Polycab/KEI or of equivalent make approved by GE.

Supply and Fixing in repair Lamp holder PVC polycarbonate suitable for batten/pendant fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Anchor/Havells or of equivalent make approved by GE.

Materials and Labour for providing earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii].
