Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m deep for foundation, pier holes etc n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed..

S & F for rolled mild steel structural steel work as in trusses in (tubular/rectangular/square) including purlins, rafter, special shaped washer etc. complete using any dia of MS pipe medium grade or using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for MS plate with revated, bolted or welded attachment to tubular columns complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing MS flats in wind ties for roof including securing bolts and similar Work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 including fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (First Quality) over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strentth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strentth of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by E-in-Charge

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick including spreading watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cm (1:6), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in conrete filling/coping including form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified heavy duty (dura stone) tiles 300x300x9 to 10 mm thick in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including all type of tiling, marble chips , terrazo finish where ever existing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete & 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceremic coloured tiles size 450x300x7 to 9 mm/600x300x7to9mm thick such as exterior elevation tile matching heritage finish on vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
