M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota sotne in skirting/riser designer pattern with marble stone as directed by Engr-in-Charge over and including 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:3 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding upto mirror finish and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair & even without extra cement, cement mortar mixed with WPC @ 3% of weight of cement incl taking down plaster complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC measured & paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick work concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces finished fair & even incl taking down cement plaster on wall incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling, in cement and sand mortar 1:3 incl taking down cement plaster on wall incl racking out joints hackings for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LED Building security light 35 Watt with high power LED source (>110lumen/watt) PDC housing, IP65 and IK 07 with 4 KV inbuilt surge protection potted driver including Electrical connection with PVC three core copper flexible wire & all necessary fixing accessories such as bracket of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 0.60 mtr long bend to shape as per suitable size along with all accessories, fixed on wall including bolts & nuts.

S&F ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, BEE star rated, bldc motor, AC single phase, 230/240 volts white colour complete with fan motor, blade, down rod, canopy and provn of connection with three core flexible copper wire cable of size 1.50sqmm from ceiling rose to fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of heavy duty metal body exhaust fan single phase 230/240 volt of size 300 mm sweep including holes of suitable size ,grouting of nuts and bolt etc and making good to match the existing surface including louvers and making connetion with twisted copper flexible wire 23/0.076mm, including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable exhaust fan and deposited in AGE E/M (W) store yard for BER action complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, earth lead protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe light grade, watering pipe 20 mm dia GI light grade, GI wire mesh, GI funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt, PCC chamber, recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth 7.5 mtr wire connected to main switch board, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting of ceiling fans / exhaust fan of any size from ceiling rose/connector for cleaning,servicing /oiling and greasing of fan by using appropriate grade of oil/grease and replacing defective parts such as bush bearing , split pin rubber bush, capacitor etc and rehanging the same after proper cleaning and making connection with ceiling fan/connector with flexible wire of size 23/0076 copper conductor multi stranded as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
