(B-7/7.13) Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceremic tile size 300x300mm confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).

(B-7/7.12) Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades glazed tiles confirming to IS : 13753 & IS :15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls, floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillar).

(B-8/8.13.2.1) Providing &Fixing External Grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters IS 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal dehydreresin in glue both sides with approved steel fittings complete as per Annexure A 30mm thick commercial veneer both side

(B-9/9.1) Structural steel work in single section fixed without connecting plate incl cutting, hoisting (height upto 10 Mtr) fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

(B-12/12.37.2a) Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding old work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface necessary repairs colour change

(B-12/12.46.2) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats on old work

(B-12/12.43.2) Painting exterior surface of wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shed with two or more coats including sand papering, prime coat, making smooth surface with cement based putty etc complete in all respect old work

(B-13/13.1) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
