Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth for laying of cables/poles or foundation etc and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Returning, filling, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm apart all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core incl thimbles as required with suitable size of calmps on wall/under trenches etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core incl thimbles as required with suitable size of calmps on wall/under trenches etc all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified painting of earth pit chamber cover with two coat of black bituminius paint and and marking of result complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L and testing for advance maintenance free environment friendly chemical earthing as per IS 3043 with copper strip of size 40 x 6 mm, 3 mtr long, 50 mm dia outer pipe of thickness 2mm filled with highly conducting metalic compound in gel foam and both end sealed, electrolytic copper earthing electrodes. The earth pits shall be filled with sufficient quality ultra high conductive black fill compound with necessary accessories like lockable pit cover and PVC 16 sqmm single core multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor drawn in HDPE pipe bore 25mm drilled and screwed including test point terminal block made out of gun metal phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws and galvanised sheet 2 mm with hexagonal head screws 125 mm complete as required all as per standard practices and specifications. Note : The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-140 mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in the electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as directed .

Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depth in Sub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms two pole/ foure structure surroundings to make a over all presentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.

Supply and loose filling stone Aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm grade in Two pole/4 pole electrical sub stn area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv (size 2x1m) for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety Supply incl all fixing adhesives etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F XLPE insulated aluminium conductor single core cable inulated for jumper suitable for HT 11000 volts overhead lines of size 95 Sqmm including making binding with GOD switches/insulators/ conductors and connection with GOD switches (length of jumper shall be 4 mtr but not more than 5 mtr long) complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 25 above but of size 95Sqmm (length of jumper shall be 1.5 mtr but not more than 2 mtr long) complete all as specified.

M&L for Painting of steel surface of HT/LT Steel tubular pole existing colour over 10cm width or girth or less in girth or in small article such as brackets 'D' clamps etc with one coat of aluminium paint after prepration of surfaces all as specified complete all as specified.

M & L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer ,Voltage stabilizer, HT OCB, ,HT VL switches with the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KV all as directed by EIC Note:- (i) Dehydration/filtration machine will be arrange by the contractor and he will make his own arrangement and to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement. The rate shall be inclusive at above. (ii) Filtered oil should be with stand for one minute on voltage applied 50 KV at 4mm gap (iii) Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil.

M& L for topping up new transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 55 KV, to transformers at various sub stations as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) New insulating oil shall be obtained in sealed steel container 200 Ltr cap duly ISI marked on drum and produced to Engineer-in-Charge for approval before use. (ii) Transformer oil shall be obtained from reputed manufacturer.

M&L for Taking down carefully transformer upto capacity 500 KVA, any make, any type from plinth by dismantaling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles/crossarms, Shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop and refixing at site after repair with all electrical connection to the entire satisfaction of engineer -in- charge.

M&L for Servicing,testing, commissioning of Transformer complete etc all as specified and directed. As per following details: -

(a) M&L for Opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts & washersetc and taking out core assy from tank by disconnecting from tap changer HT & LT side bushing studs to outside by dismantling the channel and disconnecting star delta connection including testing -

(b) M&L for Removing the lamination in proper manner carefully for taking out serviceable / un serviceable HT/LT coils from the limbs including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.

(c) M&L for Rewinding of HT coils with copper wire DPC/ super enameled high quality matching with existing gauge and impedance including requisite paper/material in each layer or winding including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.

(d) LT coils with copper strips including testing complete etc (NOTE :- The rate quoted against the item is inclusive of cost of all types of insulating materials and heating/ varnishing etc.,)

(e) M&L for Inserting of HT/LT coils on limbs rewinded here in before / old after cleaning of lamination in proper way after insulating the limbs with requisite insulating materials on limbs in between limbs/coils including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.

(f) M&L for Rearrange the top lamination over coils in proper manner including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing of star delta connection with tap changer including testing complete etc

(g) M&L for Baking the core assy in the oven duly varnishing the coil to improve IR value and to eliminate moisture including testing complete etc

(h) M&L for Inserting core assy after baking in the tank (before inserting tank to be cleared by removing all deposit sludge etc including drying) and making connecction with HT/LT bushing studs and closing the tank top cover by fixing nut, bolts and washers ( Top cover gasket will be measured and paid separetely) including testing

(j) S&F in renewal of transformer bushing LT side upto 500 KVA including brass set stems conical bush/ gasket, tightning by using spring and star washer for indoor/outdoor transformer by for the following capacity including testing complete etc all as specified and directed.:- NOTE:- the rate quoted is deemed to be including the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washerrs and suitable size pad type busbar aluminium and nutbolt washers etc.,

(k) M&L for service, Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, gauges by replacing gasket / seal , or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc

M&L for service, Repairs to Servo voltage stabilizer including replacement of parts of body, volt meter, Amp meter, display by replacing gasket / seal , Repairs to the leaks , by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of drain valve brass of suitable any size 25mm bore ISI marked.

Supply and fill up in replacement of defective silica gel in breather assy

Supply and fixing Breather assembly complete suitable for power distribution transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA including taking out old unserviceable breather

M&L for auguring of holes in true horizontal position under road by means of mechanical rig after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cable/pipe line coming in route 1.5 Mtr deep and not exceeding 50 Mtrs long incl laying HDPE pipe not less than 150mm dia complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for serching fault location of HT/LT UG cable 11000/415 Volt laid in trenches /ducts with the help of eletronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse ,ECHO fault locator with freqency distance calculator etc incl transportation of machinary from Delhi cantt .Excavation in normal soil starta exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of the cable treating of cable of any size including disconnecting and re fixing cables with lugs as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1,80,150.00
