Providing and Erecting double bamboo scaffolding over entire external surface area of building & removing the same after completion of the work and providing and erecting polypropylene/polyethylene dust net along the periphery during the construction to control debris & dust from spreading beyond construction work as directed by consultant and engineer incharge. Front elevation shall be measured.

Opening the separation cracks at the juncture of RCC & masonry surface as directed into V groove mechanically or with chisel & hammer, raking the joints, cleaning the groove with wire brush & air/wet jetting. Providing and applying cement sand mortar 1:3 over a bond coat of polymer latex & cement in ration 1:1, embedding small stone chips (metal no. 1) over the prepared groove surface including necessary labour, tools, tackles, materials ,curing, carting away the debris all complete as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying SBR Polymer modified (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) plain/reinforced concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc with concrete having the specified minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness all-round existing core of RCC member. Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument. 25mm thick

Providing and Applying and Levelling the existing surface with Birla White Cement based / Coloured waterproof Putty of average thickness of 2 mm of approved thickness, brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth ready for painting purpose etc complete ( Rate inclusive of Scaffolding Material, Labour Charges) Etc. Only to be applied at distressed areas and newly plastered surface as per the instruction of Engineer incharge.

External Painting: Providing and applying One coat primer and one waterproof base coat and two coat of textured Elastomeric paint of approved make, quality and colour including scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with water then wire brush so as to ensure thorough cleaning and opening up all the visible cracks in the plaster, in V- groove fashion using electric cutter machine. Fill up these cracks with cement past and polymer in ration of 1:1. Finish the same to ensure crack matched plaster level all complete as per the instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing & Applying one / two coats of primer & thereafter two coats of paint as mentioned First quality to the required colour scheme and as per manufacturers instructions / specifications to the walls, beams, columns, ceilings, partitions doors etc. including thoroughly scrapping the existing surface with sand papers, removing old paint, filling up crevices and levelling with waterproof putty / plaster of paris of necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete job including removal of stains, painting spots on floors,aluminium window frame & glass etc as to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge :With Luster Paint two coats of primer and two coats of paint. ( Rate inclusive of scafflolding, labour charges, ladder etc.)
