Disconnecting electric and fuel connection and decoupling of engine from alternator for repair of engine including strip opening of engine and dismantling of radiator, fan, water pump after opening nuts, bolts of 200 KVA DG Set. Make - Crompton Greaves, Air cleaner, water circulating pipe etc for opening of rocker cover, housing rocker arms and taking out pistion ring, connecting rod, CR bearing intet and exhaust valve and complete DC wiring etc and fixing of spare part of machine work required to complete. The repair including complete servcing the engine all as required at site including the engine all as required at site including re-assembling the engine in existing position complete (Spare part will be measured seperately under respective items) including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair of caliberation checking & pressure testing the fuel injectors including replacement of worn out parts, cups barrel washer and testing the same after fitting with engine complete all as specified and directec by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair of PT pump, stripping out and cleaning, segregating to serviceable and unsv parts. Repairing and assembling, the same including replacement of following worn out parts and testing the same after fitting with engine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for head grinding and polishing and facing of cylinder head in and including replacement of cylinder head sets and minor repair to cylinder heads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface of DG Sets, preparing the surface by rubbing with fine emery paper and making the surface smooth and re-painting with two coats of super quality synthetic enamel paint by spray gun fully matched with its original colour and making good entire DG Set (Engine, alternator, foundation, diesel tank and radiator unit with canopy) and including making SM/MES No on DG Sets with different paint maintaning colour code to the DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for crank grinding, polished and cutting of main bearing as required size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
