Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth arround in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surfaces etc complete all as specified

Demolition of stone / boulder, brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ (Except Bricks) old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM (1:4) and pointed flush with the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks(except bricks), straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall in CM (1:4) and pointed flush with the same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished even and fair w/o using extra cement in cm1:4.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not excceding 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) all as specified.
