REPLACEMENT OF OLD EXISTING FITTING IN TERMINAL BUILDING FOR ENHANCED ILLUMINATION AT IMPHAL AIRPORT

SH-I: Supply of LED Fixtures

Supply of Recess mounted under canopy LED light fixture with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 8800 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of Recess mounted LED flat panel 2'x2' with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 4100 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of Recess mounted LED 1'x1' tile with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 1850 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of Recess mounted 1'x4' LED luminaire with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 4000 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of Surface mounted 1'x4' LED luminaire with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 4100 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

Supply of Recess mounted round Downlighter LED light fixture with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 1500 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply. .

Supply of 10W LED Bollard light with nominal CCT 5700K ± 10%, having minimum 1100 total lumens output and as per AAI technical specifications complete with all fixing accessories etc. and suitable to operate on 230V 50 Hz AC supply.

SH-II: ITC & Dismantling of LED Fixture

Installation, testing and commissioning of Recess mounted under canopy LED light fixture complete with necessary fixing arrangements like metal chains/clamps/anchor fasteners/ metal flexible hose i/c all accessories and interconnections etc. as per site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Recess mounted LED flat panel 2'x2' complete with necessary fixing arrangements like metal chains/clamps/anchor fasteners/ metal flexible hose i/c all accessories and interconnections etc. as per site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Recess mounted LED 1'x1' tile complete with all accessories and interconnections etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Recess mounted 1'x4' LED luminaire complete with necessary fixing arrangements like metal chains/clamps/anchor fasteners/ metal flexible hose i/c all accessories and interconnections etc. as per site requirement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Surface mounted 1'x4' LED luminaire complete with all accessories and interconnections etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Recess mounted round Downlighter LED light fixture complete with all accessories and interconnections etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of LED Bollard light complete with Civil foundation, grouting of fittings with necessary base plate, bolts on soft soil i/c all accessories and interconnections etc. complete as required at site.

Dismantling of existing under canopy light fittings, twin fittings etc. from ceiling/roof/under canopy of height not exceeding 4.5 mtrs including disconnecting the existing wire connections, shifting to AAI store etc. complete as requied.

SH-III: SITC of DBs, MCBs and RCCB etc.

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB TPN Distribution Board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections , powder painted including door earthing, dust proof and IP 42 protection etc. as required. (without MCB/RCCB/ Isolator)

a) 4 way (8 + 12), Double door

b) 6 way (8+ 18), Double door

c) 8 way (8+24), Double door

d) 12 way (8 +36), Double door

Supplying and fixing 63 A rating, 4P, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 63 A, 4P (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of Single Pole 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing recess/ surface DBs including disconnecting the existing wire connections, shifting to AAI store etc. complete as requied. (Up to 8-Way DBs)

SH-IV: Wiring etc.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm Earth Wire

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supply of following size of 1.1 kv grade FRLS aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS: 7098:1988 (Part-I) with upto date amendments. 4 x 16 sqmm Cable

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of steel conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 32 mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 16 sq. mm (28mm)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 7.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

SH-V: Supply of Miscellaneous Items etc.

Supply of Automatic addressable multisensor detector combined optical smoke sensor and thermal sensor in single housing with inbuilt isolator, auto floating sensitivity, mounting base, LED, Address/ Electronic Switch to programme the detectors complete as required. Detector shall withstand temp. variation from 0 to 50° C.

Supply of Addressable type Manual call (Pull down type) Point complete with all accessories like base plate, base box, connections and interconnections and in built short circuit isolator etc. as per specification complete as required.

Supply of hinged cover seal for Addressable type Manual call (Pull down type) Point complete with, all accessories as per specifications complete as required.

Supply of 2 core x 1.5 Sq. mm cable Fire Survival cable, Stranded Annealed Bare Copper Conductor, Mica Tape Wrapped, XLPE Insulation, FRLS Inner Sheathed, GI Wire Strip Armoured, FRLS Outersheathed Fire Survival Cable complete as required.

Supply of Single phase, 2 wire, 240 V, 50Hz (5-30) Amps Electronic Energy Meter with LCD display complete as required. ( L&T make or equivalent)
