Supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor cubical wall mounted type LT motor starter panel Panel suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz supply system witj suitable size and powder coated, dust/vermin proof. The panel shall CPRI approved factory fabricated made with 2mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front openable with locking arrangements, provision of thereaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell shall be compartmentalized fron openable single door lockable to accommodate incoming/outgoing MCCB/MCBs, motor starter danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull be provided. Including wall mounting fastners. The panel shall consist of the following accessories:- (a) MCCB TP 40 \Amps, 415 Volts 25 KA -1 No. (b) MCB TP 32 amps, 415 Volts 10 KA - 2 Nos. EXTERNAL ELECRIFICATION: Supply, install , testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory,assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure) of capacity - 100 KVA, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standared accessories and fittings, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to CPCB norms for noise and emission limits and including the following :-

(a) Alternator:- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type. (b) DIESEL ENGINE :- Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, raditor water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder,multistrocke, direct injection cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuoun running complete with standard accessories all as specified and requied for safe running anf opeation with accessories shall be as under :- (i) Flywheel (ii) Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl. injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Raditor (ix) 12 volts staring system consisting of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/generator with regulator starter motor, starter gear (x) Exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, engine RPM, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure and over speed of engine including electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging system with suitable capacitybattery charger complete with necessary connecting leads etc all as directed (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt. (xiv) Fuel Hoses (xv) Inbuilt fuel tank of 10 h\Hrs run of full load capacity of DG set. (xvi) Air intake system (xvii)Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permament concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturer's instructions. (xviii) Extension of exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia from out side canopy to out side of building /shedall covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil f 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without without transering vibrations to buildings/walls, flxible exhaust pipe complete.

(e) Acoustic Enclusure- (i) Composite type made of CRCA sheet and structural/sheet metal base frame duly painted with air inlet louvers, including noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material, including removeable gland plate at lower level fo canopy for cable entry. (ii) The drg and specificatins of the DG set & AMF Panel shall be got approved by the contractor from the accepting officer before procurement. (iii) The DG set after installation shal be got tested at site by the rep nominated by the Accepting Officer and the records of the testing shall be signed by the Rep of Accepting Officer, GE, Engr-in-Charge and the contractor. (iv) Disel, grease, engine oil, load bank and testing equipments required for testing shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to tbe included in the contractor's qouted rates.

Supply errect and fixing pre-cast RCC pole, M-30 design mix 11m long of croos section 380mmX250mm at bottom and 150x125mm at top including reinforcement with high strenght deformed steel TMT bars and necessary form workand errecting in position all as specified and as directed. (a) The rate deemed to include the following provision also :- (i) Excavtion in any type of soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m (ii) Foundation in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. (iii) Coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20mm graded aggregate.

Supply and fix street light fittings in street light poles/Buildings, fittings shall be of LED type 45 watts complete with and including drivers pressure die cast aluminium housing, prewired complete. The fitting shall coform to cat No. LSTS-45-CDL-M of crompton or equivalent fron Phillips/Bajaj.

M & L for 3 core 1.5 sqmm size multistranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed 1100 volts grade and including passing through pole, copper lugs all for interconnection of cable junction box to street light fitting etc. all as directed.

S & F sheet moulidng compound (SMC) type junction/looping box for street light fitting with hinged type door of size 250x200x105mm with MCB SP 6 Amos 01 No, includingheavy duty terminal block 3 phase 4 wire system of 63 Amp capacity.

Supply and fix HDGI Octagonal pole 7 meter height having top dia 70mm and bottom dia 135mm and thickness 3mm, including heavy duty GI pile bracket with nuts & bolts 4 Nos 'J' type foundation bolts of dia 16mm and 450mm long with base plate. Note :- PCC/RCC foundation will be measured seperately under respective items.

Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum for errection of poles, removing the excavated materials to a distance 50 meter and providing PCC bed and RCC foundation as per following including formwork. (i) PCC bed - 450mm x450mm x 100mm (ii) Rcc column - 400mm X400mm x 1300mm, M-20 Design mix, using 4 Nos 12mm dia bar

Supply & fix 150 watts high beam revolving serch light - LED, energy saving long range narrow beam, IP 66, with manually operated CS stand, suitable for mounting of serch light on railing/ Platform of watch tower or other plain surface, made of both locking arrangement at desired position. The panel shall CPRI approved factory fabricated made with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front and back openable with locking arrangement, provision of thraded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell shall be compartmemtalized front openable single door lockable, inner shell shall be completely vermin proof and to accommodate incoming /outgoing MCCB, MCBs, change over switch and TPN aluminium bus bar and extensions link of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCBs. the TPN busbar and extensions link shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on epoxy resin insulator. The MCCB shall be provided with copper spreader link of suitable rating. All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor wire and shall be properly bunched, tied ferruled for proper indentification and crimped with suitablesize of lugs.

The panel shall be mounted on 50x50x5mm angle iron stand of height 45cm above ground level and 45cm embedded in ground, danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull be provided icluding PCC foundation, excavation, groting bolts.the panel shall consists of the following accessories:- Note: The layout diagram of the panel shall be got approved by the contrctor from GE before febrication. a) MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts, 35KA, 200 Amps 1 No ( Incoming) b) RYB panel indicators - 3 Nos (c) Trivector energy meter three phase four wire TVM 240 Volts, 5A class 0.5 including wiring & CT - 1 Set
