Sub-Head : Wood and P.V.C. Work

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4 mm wide aperture with matching wood beading

Sub-Head : Flooring

Cement plaster skirting up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 mm thick.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landing, pavements etc.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

SH - Roofing

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design (a) In 75x75 mm deep chase

SH- Finishing

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. (a) New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Old work ( one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. (a) One or more coats on old work.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of require shade: (a) Old work one or more coats @ 2.20 Kg./10 Sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

SH- Repairs to building

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets.(a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

SH- Dismanting and Demolishing

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

SH- Water proofing

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with (a) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

SH- Market Rate

Removing old Tar felt roofing meant for water proofing and cleaning the Top surface with wire brush and stacking of unserviceable material to the dumping area for lifting of same afterwards complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge

Repair to existing steel door by replaceing already rusted damaged bottom MS sheet with new one MS sheet 1.00 mm thick for area (Upto 1.10 sqm) and bottom angle and cross angles of sizes 40X 40X 6 mm (In length 1.00 m each) including changes the side hinges if required setting alright complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge (a) For door up to area of 2.40 sqm
