1) Please go through RFP for more details.
2) Prices quoted by Bidders should be Exclusive of all applicable taxes. Taxes will be charged by the vendor at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of invoicing.
3) The vendor shall be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all hardware or software related to the Call Centre. However, Department shall have the ownership of PRI Or VOIP Line.
4) The Department shall pay the charges of the calls, either inbound or outgoing for handling the complaints.
5) In case of any additional infrastructure to handle the increased workload, the Department and vendor shall discuss mutually and finalize the rate.
6) Bidder may propose on-premises Hardware based cloud based solution. In case the bidder is proposing on-premises hardware based solution, after the end of contract, the ownership of all hardware asset should be transferred to the department.
