Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Stone, boulders, gravelly material lead 3 Km

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto two stories in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Stone tile work for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade. Granite stone of any colour and shade

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including priming coat of whiting to give an even shade.
