Erection & Commissioning of new cast basalt pipes of Length:6M and OD406 mm in 1;2 Ratio(Ie. Single end Flange:1 No & Both end Flange:2 Nos) in Ash slurry disposal lines 1,4&5 from Ash plant pump house to Ash dyke discharge end after dismantling existing damaged/corroded pipes, work involves, dismantling the existing damaged/corroded pipes and devaluating to NCTPS. I stores, identify and marking the high and low points along the pipeline, leveling of pipe erection surface by fixing the kerp stones & saddle blocks, Transporting of pipes from stores to work spot, erection the new pipes along with accessories such as sleeve coupling, gaskets, welding sleeves, new/retrieved bends and alignment the erected pipe lines by lifting or lowering the cast basalt pipes wherever necessary by using the jacks or other suitable equipments . Providing anchor bolts, U clamps, commissioning & testing of erected pipe lines at required pressure as per direction of Engineer in charge. Including the cost of consumables, T&P’s, transporting and testing apparatus.
