S&F installation testing and commisioning of LT electric panel board totally enclosed (Factory, Fabricated), Outdoor type double door type powder coated inside & outside made out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with front opening having locking arrangement spray painting internally/externally, including internal wiring with suitable size of Aluminium strip bus bar chamber 3 phase and four wire type system 415 volts 50 Hz consisting of Aluminium bus bar of capacity 630 Amps inclulding making connections from existing system and consisting of the following:- (a) MCCB FP 630 Amp 50 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting -01 No (Incomming) (b) MCCB TP 250 Amp 35 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting -02 Nos (c) MCCB TP 200 Amp 25 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting -02 Nos (d) MCCB TP 160 Amp 25 KA with adjustable thermal and magnetic setting-02 Nos (e) Digital Multifunctional metershowing reading of Voltage, current, PF, Frequency, KVAr, KWH of size 96 x 96mm, (f) Indicator lamp with Holder 03 Nos-One set.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type floor mounted Step up/down transformer, 11KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz, 315 KVA Capacity, core type, double copper wound oil immersed, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ONAN) cooled, with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV Side) and having tapings at 2.5% and ± 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45°C in oil and 55°C in HV/ LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40°C. The transformer shall be as per IS 1180 EE Level-2 standards and shall comprise of the following:-

(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nut and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out of 03 Nos single core 300 Sq mm and one No single core 100 Sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joints and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) (e) Exposive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos. plain solid vast steel detachable rollers

(f) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure release type having range 0-200º C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50X6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make: Savita/ Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Construction of Platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 mm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class "B" old size brick, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc of size 3000mm x 2500mm x 1200mm with fencing foldable upto 1.5m height, gate with locking arrangements using GI wire mesh, GI wire 4mm dia, angle iron, MS plate etc, complete all as specified and shown in drawing No. CEPZ/ TD-504

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 meter (BGL) connected to galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore “medium grade” galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore “light grade” galvanized iron protection pipe for earth lead wire upto 5m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Notes ' : The Contractor shall take due precaution while excavation for not damaging existing Water Supply Lines, Electrical and Communication Cables etc. any damage occured to the same during excavation shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the department

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cables using new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete, punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed Note : Punned thickness of 18cms shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying brick covering as mechanical protection to underground cable using old size sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat size 230mm x 115mm x 75 mm with width of brick perpendicular to length of cable, all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of poles / stays etc complete all as specified

PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finishing the cement concrete surfaces even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.

Disconnecting Electrical connection of HT cable from the existing transformer, and refixing the same with required nuts, bolt at new transformer all as required at site specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLs copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 using approved colour code as per IS code drawn through non metalic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I) ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including provision for fixing of modular flush boxes of suitable size for fixing of modular switches/sockets /regulator etc along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring for one fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and one regulator with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS copper conductor single core multi stranded flexible copper cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 using approved colour code as per IS code drawn through non metalic rigid PVC heavy duty conduit in concealed (min 20mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I) ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including provision for fixing of Pressed steel sunken boxes of suitable size for fixing of modular switches/sockets /regulator etc along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (green color) as continuous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by throughly cleaning the bearing , shaft, stator,rotor, & applying the lubricant/grease to the bearing including applying one coat of super enameled varnish over the winding to improve the insulation value complete all as specified and directed.

Submain wiring using single core two run PVC insulated, unseathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 volts drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 25mm with all fittings and accessories, along with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other ndicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia GI wire all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Bus bar chambers with MCCB factory febricated suitable for 3 Phase & neutral iron clad with 4 Nos 200 amp rated copper strips with two Nos Earthing connection bolt and one MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole, 16KA with locking arrangement front door and back operated complete duly mounted on ground on suitable size of angle iron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and install HI- wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and install vertical pack type units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, twin rotary compressor, single phase units 220V - 240V, 50 Hz of capacity 3.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
