Providing and fitting of electro mechanical components alongwith allied works at pumping station Khoon. The scope of work at Khoon involves p/f of MCCBs, valves, cable, components of control panel. P\roviding and fitting of 80mm dia cast steel NRV to the delivery pipe line of unit no. 1 and unit no. 2 (01 no. each) in place of deformed 80mm dia cast iron valves.. Job is to be carried out by cutting of old pipe side flanges with the help of gas cutter and then providing and fitting of MS flanges as per the size of the valves by welding work including providing and fitting of nuts and bolts, gaskets etc. Job also includes providing and fitting of 200ampere MCCB-3nos. Job further includes providing and laying of 240mm2 3.5 core aluminum cable 35 meters in length from transformer to pump room and providing and laying 95mm2 copper cable approximately 32 meters in length from MCCB to motor in six leads with proper thimbling and insulation material.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPH x 21-29 meter head horizontal mono submersible pump set at pumping station Channi Mansar with following specifications:-Make-Kirloskar / KSB / CRI,Discharge-10000 GPH,Head- 21-29 meter head, RPM-2900,Motor make- KSB/ Kirloskar / KSB/ CRI,Speed-2900 rpm,Voltage-400+15%. Job includes shifting of mono submersible pump set with allied accessories to pumping station Channi Mansar. Providing, fabrication, and fitting of GI pipe line 100mm dia approximately 09 meter in length with proper laying, flanging and welding from delivery end of submersible pump set using adopter as per size of pump set upto suction pipe line of HC pumping unit. Pump set should be properly fixed and supported with MS chain / rope or steel wire rope of suitable size. Providing, fitting and laying of 4mm2 submersible copper cable 3 core from panel installed in pump room upto submersible pump set approximately 30 meter in length with proper thimbling and insulation material and thereafter testing the system. Job also includes providing and fitting of MUG starter of suitable rating to run the system.

Providing, fabrication, and fitting of GI pipe line 80mm dia approximately 05 meter in length with proper laying, flanging and welding from delivery end of submersible pump set using adopter as per size of pump set upto suction pipe line of HC pumping unit. Pump set should be properly fixed and supported with MS chain / rope or steel wire rope of suitable size. Providing, fitting and laying of 4mm2 submersible copper cable 3 core from panel installed in pump room upto submersible pump set approximately 15 meter in length with proper thimbling and insulation material and thereafter testing the system. Job also includes providing and fitting of MUG starter of suitable rating to run the system. The complete job comprises of three no. sub-jobs i.e. (1.0,1.1,1.2) and shall be allotted on over all lowest basis. The complete job includes cost of material, machinery and equipment, unskilled and skilled labour charges, manual carriage & transportation charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
