Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide & n. exc 1.5m deep for foundation, pipeline etc n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan & n. exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortor 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement motar 1:4 on Brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness(below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 (40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed
