Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power, bell complete fitting such as sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, batten holders, regulators and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, ceiling in CM 1:3 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed conduit point wiring complete for light/ fan on independent /combine board with cable 2.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor, drawn in and including PVC Concealed conduit pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, pipe hooks , elbows, juction covers and junction boxes , after cutting in wall chasing for conduits and sinking's for modular metal flush boxes suitable length and thickness for mounting, switches, sockets,fan regulator with modular cover plate with frame and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour including provision of continuous earth continuity conductor along with point wiring of 2.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated cable for one light/ fan point controlled by one switch and connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and direced.

All as per Srl item No 02 above but for one switch socket combination 5/6 amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 02 above but for one three pin socket outlet 5 Amp on same board with other switches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 02 above but for one switch socket combinationt 6 pin 5/ 15 Amps on independent board with copper conductor 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down piano type switch and replace with new modular switch 5/6 Amps single pole one way,one module complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down piano type switch and replace with new modular switch 1 way 16 A, 1 module complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down piano type switch and replace with new modular switch 5/6 Amps single pole two ways complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down piano type socket and replace with new modular socket, 6/16 Amps, 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down piano type socket and replace with new modular socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down piano type bell push and replace with new modular bell push 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv industrial socket metal clad plug and replace with new industrial socket metal clad plug and socket with MCBs single pole 20 Amp complte all as specified and directed.

Taking down old type fan regulator and replace with new modular volume type, fan regulator not less than 120 watt for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement security light fitting LED TYPE 25 watt with all necessary accessories, Clear transparent acrylic cover, prewire suitable to operate on 230 volt 50 HZ AC & Supply and fixing to wall / on pole including fixing arrangement with suitable galvanized iron pipe 35 mm bore “light grade” brackets 2 mtr length bent to shape to obtained required shape including clamps, nuts / bots / washers etc connecting with suitable flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Water tight bulk head fitting,comprision of connector galvanised cast iron back plate,weather proof enamelled gallery ,glass well,and including 10 watt LED lamp all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement compact & decorative energy efficient LED mirror light fitting with antiglare diffuser and decorative end caps suitable for 1X10 watt fitting 2 ft version including LED lamp 10 watt complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement decorative wall light,brushed nickle finish fixture with OPAL glass diffuser including 9 watt LED filament lamp E14 base complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED Bedside Light (White,3000k) 3 Watt, with flexible arm suitable for reading complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LED batten with battery/invertor, LED Rating(in watts)/system wattage/rated power: 20 watt, rated voltage & frequency:230v, 50 hz, luminaire system efficiency(lumen/watt): 100, operating voltage range:140-280v, open and short circuit protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 6 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH stranded copper conductor drawn in existing PVC conduit including 6.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Two length of 6 sqmm cable and one length of 6 sqmm earth wire shall be measured as one running meter length.)

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with PVC insulated and un-sheathed 4 x 6.00 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH stranded copper conductor drawn in and including PVC "medium quality" conduit as per size required including 2 x 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) copper cable as earth contiunity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces and white wash or existing colour , necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : PVC cable and PVC conduit shall be ISI marked) Note :- 4 lengths of 6 Sqmm cable and one length of 2x6 Sqmm earth cable along with PVC conduit will be measured as one running length

S & F in replacement of sub-main wiring with two single core cables PVC insulated and un-sheathed 4 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH stranded copper conductor drawn in and including steel dia 25mm “medium quality” conduit including 4.00 Sq mm (Nominal Area) copper cable as earth continuity conductor after chasing in wall and making good the disturbed surfaces and white wash or existing colour , necessary junction box and covers including necessary connections, PVC flexible pipes are used in pannel board while connecting the cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Two length of 4 sqmm cable and one length of 4 sqmm earth wire alongwith 25mm dia steel conduit shall be measured as one running meter length.)

Taking down old unsv DB and replace with new sheet metal enclosure for double door DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 8 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv DB and replace with new sheet metal enclosure for double door DB made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted SP & N 12 ways, 240 Volts, ISI marked 200 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCBs and isolators etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv DB and replace with new sheet metal enclosure for double door DBs made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester with epoxy powder coated surface mounted VTP & N 4 ways, 415 Volts, ISI marked 250 amps bus bar stove enameled dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation MCCB and isolators etc including fixing in Wall with Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only new MCCB TPN 63 Amps with breaking capcity 25kA ,Fixed TM and 415 volts AC Supply ISI marked as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only new MCB ‘B’ series type suitable for 240 volts, AC supply 5 to 30 Amps , single pole with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10KA as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only new MCB ‘B’ series type suitable for 240 volts, AC supply 5 to 30 Amps, S P & N with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10KA as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only new MCB ‘B’ series type suitable for 240 volts, AC supply 40 to 63 Amps, S P & N with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10KA as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Srl item No. 36 to 39 MCBs will be issued under Sch 'B' , free for fixing)

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level , connecting to GI earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire ,by means of bolts,nuts and washers of GI and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 gs /Sqmm ) and frame of angle iron 25mmX25mmX6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape ,GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed ontop edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40 mmX 8 mm FI with fixing arrangement ,funnel, wire mesh and earth work inhard dense soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as per electric plate no.3 of SSR part 1 and connecting to earth test point including taking out unserviceable earthing with all acessories all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed. (Note : (1) Destruction of old earthing pit and connected items retrived from site will deposite in MES store yard. (2) All old material retried srl item No 1 to 40 will be deposited in store yard of AGE E/M)
