REPAIR MAINT OF PUMP SET BOREWELL DOZING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT DEPTHING OF BOREWELL AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT ITARANA CANTT UNDER GE ALWAR

Taking out submersible pump set of any make, any type & any capacity from the bore well including column pipe & cable and lowering the same in bore well after repairing by mechanical means and testing, complete, all as specified & directed. Note :- (I)Repair work and spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items here-in-after. (II) Minor repair like welding in 50/65 mm column pipe dia flanges,replacement of broken nipple deemed included in quoted rates no extra payment on this account shall be paid to contractor.

Dismantling of submersible pump electric driven of any make, any type & any capacity and cleaning, overhauling and repairing by necessary machining & welding work including minor spares and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and reassembling the components & testing for function ability, complete, all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under the relevant items here-in-after. (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for all minor spares. The decision of GE regarding minor spares shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Dismantling of submersible electric motor 3 phase, 440 Volt, any make, any type & any capacity and cleaning, overhauling and repairing by necessary machining & welding work including minor spares and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and reassembling the components & testing for function ability, complete, all as specified & directed. Notes :- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only” under the relevant items here-in-after. (ii) Unit rate (quoted by the tenderer) shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras. The decision of GE regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

M&L for taking out the burnt winding and rewinding of submersible electric motor AC 3 Phase 400/440 Volts 2900 RPM of any make & any type with new PVC coated super enameled copper wire of same gauge including insulation material and cable jointing and testing at site complete for the following capacity of motor :- (a) 17.5 HP

(b) 15 HP

(c) 12.5 HP

(d) 10 HP

(e) 7.5 HP

Supply and fixing Direct-on-Line (DOL) Starter in sheet steel enclosure for 5 HP electric motor, AC-3 Duty, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase including taking down existing unserviceable starter.

Supply only following spare parts suitable for submersible pump including motor of 7.5/10/12.5/15/17.5 HP capacity of make KSB / KIRLOSKAR as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Motor thrust plate
