Dismantling of old ziyarat sharief having size of 14'x14' by mannualy including stacking of same, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge complete.(The dismantled material hand over to Local Auqaf committee with proper receipt for full quanitity)

Earth work in excavation by manual means, over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr. in depth, 1.5 mtr. in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr. for cutting edge, deposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Supplying/filling dry stone soling tightly hand packed under foundation & under floors including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) using crushed aggregate including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-all work upto floor V- level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete (Thermo-mechanically treated bars) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (12mm thick water proof ply wood) for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Stone work in plain Ashler in superstructure upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 course sand) incld. pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 stone dust) with an add mixture of pigment matching the stone shade (Devri stones) including extra labour for rectangular pillars and arch portion / moulding on top and including all carriage upto site of work complete.(Fine chiseled dressed)

Re-fixing / Re-chiseling of Devri stone in superstructure upto floor V level, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 course sand) incld. pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement :2 stone dust) with an add mixture of pigment matching the stone shade / carriage upto site of work complete. (Devri stones available at site)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular ) bricks class designation 75 in foundation & plinth including superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 course sand) including cost of scaffolding charges and all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position.(First class deodar wood) including cost of chemical and coal tarring / nails etc. complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) First class kail wood.

Providing 40x5mm flat iron holds fast 40 cm long incld. fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts & wooden plugs & embeddings in cement conc. block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1cement :3 coarse sand :6 grade stone agg. 20mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.(50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including all carriages / head load upto site of work complete.

P/F paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(1st class kail wood) 35mm thick.

P/F of ornamental type first class kail wooden door shutter 35 mm thick with panels of ornamental type (wood carved type) as required including cost of hinges / serews etc. complete.

P/F of 4 mm thick glass panes for glazing of doors and windows etc. incld. cost of kail wood beading of required size, cuttings and wastage all complete.

P/F of following Almunium Alloy Hardware fittings of approved quality complete.(sample to be approved by Engineer-in-charges)

c) 75mm Handle.

d) 100mm Handle.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and other framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (two or more coats) including all carriages upto site of work complete.
