Running Maintenance and Operation of Sub-Station Equipment having dry type transformers 2500 KVA - 3 No. and D.G Set of capacity 1500 KVA – 2 Nos. with all allied accessories and as per terms & conditions including routine and preventive maintenance as per details of installations are given in Annexure attached. Operation shall be done by deploying 1 No Electrician cum operator in each shift (total 3 shift). 1 no. 60AM to 2 PM, 1 No. 2PM to 10PM & 1 No. 10PM to 6AM 1 No. Khallasi in each shift (total 2 shift) 1 No. 4 PM to 12 AM mid Night & 1 No. 12 AM to 6 AM

Running Maintenance and Operation of external lighting, home lighting and electrical installation as per terms & conditions including routine and preventive maintenance as per details of installations are given in Annexure A and B attached. Opeartion shall be done by deploying. 1 No Electrician cum operator in each shift (total 2 shift).1 No. 6AM to 2 PM & 1 No. 2 PM to 10 PM 1 No Khallasi in each shift (total 2 shift).1 No. 6AM to 2 PM & 1 No. 2 PM to 10 PM

Servicing of Dry type 3 x 2500 KVA transformer through OEM/authorized agent of Kirloskar Make i/c cleaning checking & setting or winding temperature meter as per specification complete as reqd.

Testing & calibration of HT Panels through OEM/authorized agent of Kirloskar Make i/c checking of internal connection, cleaning of relays and setting the relays according to load current etc.

Servicing, cleaning, checking of all parts of 3/4 Pole LT 415 V ACB's through OEM/authorized agent of Kirloskar Make i/c indicating lighting, tightening of loose connections as per specification, rectification of control wiring, circuits etc. as reqd (800A / 1000A / 2000A / 2500A
