Supply, installation, testing and commissionong of DC control panel of 30 volts DC dry type chargeable stationery battery set consist 15 cell of 02 volts each having 90 amps hour capacity with maintenacne free batteries including battery charging set of adequate capacity and control equipment sheet steel abinet floor mounted type suitable for input of 230 volts, single phase 50 Hz AC complete with external and internal wiring of all components, accessaries all as specified for 33 KV & 11 KV VCB panels. Complete control wiring (for connecting the DC tripping set HT 33 KV and 11 KV VCB panel board complete ) shall be copper conductor single core and size not less the 2.5 sqmm complete and comprising of the follwoing accessories :- (i) DC Ammeter/Voltmeter in 96 Sqmm size. (Note :- Excavation of post hole, PCC required for foundation and coping will be measured & paid under relevant items of Sch 'A'.)

Supply and erection of steel tubular swaged pole 410 SP 31, 9 Mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial Taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws as specified type conforming to IS 2713 complete including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on external exposed surfaces and 2 coats of black bituminous paint on portion embedded in concrete in internal surfaces of pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation, PCC work only shall be measured & paid Seperately under relvent item .)

M & L for shifting of 11 mtr two pole structure after carefully dismantling of MS chanel, bracket, clamp, nut, bolt and washer with existing LAs (one set), GOD (one set ) , DO fuse (one set) of 11 KV supply with dismantling of HT cable connection with complete demolition of work for coping/foundation of pole and refixing not more than 50 mtr for existing place with same structure with complete set of GOD, LA set and DO fuse with MS chanel, bracket, clamp, nut, bolt and washer and all HT cable connection carefully without damaging the equipment and testing after commissioning the equipments complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) All T & P required for shifting of above mentioned equipments shall be included in quoted rates. (b) In any case of damage to any equipment during shifting ,shall be replace by the contractor with new without any extra cost . (c) Excavation for pole fountaion, PCC required for foundation and coping will be measured & paid under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

M&L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping, including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MS flat 50 x 6 mm for connecting earthing electrode to fencing equipments, earthing mesh in the yard etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) MS flat will be buried 60cm below ground level (ii) Cost of excavation and earth work wherever required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates nothing extra on this account shall be payable to contractor.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR -2009 Part-I, all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25 Mtr below normal ground level connected to the copper strip 20x3 mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of brass and 20x3 mm copper strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-1 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire and copper strip upto main earthing of pole/equipment complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed . Note:-(i) Up to 7.5 Mtr length of pipe of 40 mm dia and copper strip shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer. ‘(ii) Resistance of earthing should be less than 1 Ohms failing which the contractor will do the earthing again to achieve the desired result i.e. less than 1 ohms. (iii) In case soil is not suitable same is to be replaced with good quality clay soil to achieve the desired result of less than 1 ohms.
