Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 220 V DC, 200 AH, 50 A, maintenance-free valve regulated lead acid (MF-VRLA) battery set, complete with a dual float-cum-boost battery charger with in-built DC distribution board (DCDB) for control and protection systems of the 66 kV substation. The charger shall be designed for automatic and manual operation and shall provide constant voltage/constant current charging modes. It shall include the following: • Separate float and boost charging modes with automatic changeover. • Protection against over-voltage, reverse polarity, short-circuit, overload, and under/over- charging. • Voltage regulation within ±1% under all load conditions.(Please refer DNIT for complete specification of item no.12)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.1 kV grade PVC/XLPE insulated, armoured LT control cables of suitable size (1.5, 2.5, 4, and 6 sq.mm or as required)and configuration (2 core, 3 core, 4 core, 7 core, 10 core, etc.) for control wiring associated with metering CTs, PTs, protection CTs, PTs, circuit breakers, control and relay panels, isolators, battery chargers, yard lighting, ABT meters, and other associated substation equipment.
