Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100mm deep

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,with kankar or laterite, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specifed and directed

Preparing water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 including preparing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 40 per kg.

M & L for bituminious premix dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG 30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous premix dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of Rs 40 per kg.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed Make :- Berger guidline/Dulux Trade line/Indigo

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972 P of Sinor infrastructure, fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions

Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in bituminous macadam thickness consolidated/ compacted thickness using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) & removing rubbish outside MD land

M & L for cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in coping, rounded or chamfered on edges and the like including use and waste of formwork for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggts) as in sub base of Path complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive way or light traffic, parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping etra and complete all as specified and directed.
