The work of ERECTION/EXTENSION of LT Lines on 8.5 Mtr. Long PCC Pole with ACSR Weasel/ABC Conductor and increasing capacity of various 11 KV Sub-Stations in various places as Near Mahadeo Petrol Pump, Tindwari Road, Banda, Mohalla Chhabi Talab, Kailash Puri, Banda, Near Chamraudi Chauraha, Banda, Dwarikapuri, Tulsi Nagar, Banda under BUSINESS PLAN YEAR 2019-20 as per passed package no. 86, 87, 88 & 89/BND/BP/2019-20 at EDSD, CHILLA ROAD/PILI KOTHI, BANDA under EUDD, BANDA, including safe carriage of all required material from E.S.C., BANDA to work site and work site to E.S.C., BANDA, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends, details of the work as given below :-

Safely cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre to the work site through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends.

Safely cartage of line material from store centre to the work site through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends.

Cartage of 250 KVA Transformer from store centre to the work site through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends.

Cartage of 400 KVA Transformer from store centre to the work site through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends.

Erection of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as single support structure, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as double pole structure, including complete HT/LT fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Concreting/Grouting of newly erected 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles as single support/double pole structures. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & Fixing of earthing rod complete as per RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected pole as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding, spreading and jumpering etc. of ABC Conductor of size 3x95 +1x70+1x16 Sqmm. on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Carriage of PVC Cable with laying, spreading, stringing, jumpering etc. and binding with all fittings as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. It includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Fixing of LT Distribution Box with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Construction of new 250/400 KVA Transformer plinth of size 3460x4460x550 mm above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly. After that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:5 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled up to one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided up to 6” from the earth level and proper rammering shall be done. One No. Jail of 12 mm MS tore shall be fixed in the hollow of plinth and one ft. thick RCC in ratio of cement, sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12 mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of Supervising Engineer.

Installation of 250 KVA Transformers on the newly erected D/P structure/Plinth in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Installation of 400 KVA Transformers on the newly erected D/P structure/Plinth in proper alignment as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Safely removing/dismantling of 100 KVA Capacity T/F from the double pole after opening of connections & fittings and safely carriage of the same from work site to JE's (store)/store centre through the Kachha Pacca road.

Erection & Fixing of Top Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Erection & Fixing of Dropper Channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
