M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on brick walls or concrete, surface in cm 1:6 on wall and surface to be finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished fair and even and smooth in mortar all as directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coats of acrylic distemper on newly plastered surfaces of walls over and including one coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered or pointed surface of wall by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling of brick work or stone /boulders masonry built in cement morter including all quoins, pillars,arches etc complete all as specified &directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) use as in sub base of floor and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in alternate pannel as in floor/hardstanding surface to be finished even and smooth including brooming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removal of rubbish outside MOD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2,1:3:6 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement with & including 10 mm wide, 30 mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning & filling the joints with bitumen & sand mixture complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hardstanding finished even and smooth without using extra cement laying in alternate bays complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for joint free Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement over and including 15mm thick screed base in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick on vertical surfaces laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement morter 1:4 laid & and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick and size not less than 55cm x 55cm over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base in CM (1: 6 ) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding the edges half round on exposed side over and including 20mm thick screed base in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing to factory made 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.
