M&L for Udaipur green marble (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble stone, laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment to match the shade/ colour/matrix of tiles etc. complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.40Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 grams per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, over the APP memberane apply two coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20xm x25mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment on roof over 15 mm cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for gunniting work to RCC work in column, flooring, beams, balconies, chajjas, slab, landing, side walls etc by removing loose concrete cover etc, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire net of size 95x95x3mm tied to existing reinforcement with nails, adhesive plaster grade for concrete and providing gunniting pressure 2.00/2.5 kg/sqm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.5 part of sand with average thickness 50 mm and making the surface even including 5mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, without using extra cement including necessary form work to be carried out complete all as specified and directed. Note.- i) Where ever reinforcement required will be measured and paid seperatly ii) Work is to be carried out upto 2nd storey bldg including mumty. M&L for Post Construction ATT (Anti-Termite Treatment) of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades deposite to MES store etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down fluorescent tube light single/double of any wattage or size street light fittings for repair or replacement of burnt/worn out accessories or carrying to MES store (Accessories or components to be provided free for replacement by department), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
