WBM Grading - 2 -Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause-405

Prime Coat (Low porosity)- Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen elulson (MS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg/sqm using mechenical means. Sr.No. 5.1 MORD 502

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.ting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

20 mm Thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (Penetration grade/modified bitumen Binder)- Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades.

Seal Coat- Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250gms per sqm. Area, thiclness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35. The finish surface to be lavel, uniform and free from streaks and holes. composition of thermoplastic meterial shall be as per table 800-3 of clause 803 of MORTH including cost of all meterial, labour, T&P etc. require for proper completion of work as direction by engineer-in-charge.
