Material & labour for providing false ceiling complete at all heights with 12 mm thick semi perforated micro tegular edged false ceiling tiles (Glass fiber reinforced Gypsum) of size 595mm x 595mm of approved texture design and pattern having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%. NCR 0.85 as per IS 8225, 1987, non combustible as per BS 475 (Part-IV 1970) and light reflectance of 85 % minimum to laid in true horizontal level suspended on and including GI frame made of interlocking metal GI 'T' grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gms per sqm including both sides) comprising of main GI 'T' runner of size 15mm x 32mm x 0.33mm of length of 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross GI 'T' of size 15mm x 32mm x 0.33mm of length of 600 mm to form grid module of size 600mm x 600mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized metal sheet items (galvanized @ 80 grams per Sqm i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6, fateners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and 'L' shape level adjusters of size 85mm x 25mm X 2mm, galvanized iron perimeter wall angle of size 24mm x 24mm x 0.40mm of length 3000mm to be fixed on perimeter of wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450mm center to centre and 40mm long dry wall screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Neutral - Black and earth continuity conductor - Green) drawing through and including concealed PVC conduit or fixed on walls or ceiling with all accessories including surface sheet steel terminal / CI box with 3 mm thick hylam / masonite sheet top cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulator including continuous earth wire with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volt grade IS-694 FRLS multi stranded but unsheathed copper conductor cable connected to main earth dolly for one Light/ Fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch/regulator complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No.2 here-in-before but for 5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet controlled by one switch on Independent board complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing modular switch 5 amps single pole one way complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing modular sockete outlet two -in-one 5 amps 5 pin , 2 module , 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing ceiling light fitting LED luminaire 35/36watt , 600mm x 600mm, 220 Volts AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down of existing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type , keeping in safe custody and refixing the same in new false ceiling, after completion of ceiling work , connecting up with driver , with & including provision of new three core flexible conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 4 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including finishes, with & including multi - stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 4sqmm as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of main wire and one run of earth wire & casing/conduit shall be measured and paid as one length.

Supply & fixing factory made MCB Distribution Board SPN 8 way 240 volts with double door, IP - 43 protection system with having 200 Amps 2 Nos bus bar for neutral bar and earth bus bar suitable for incorporation of MCB & Isolators fixed/concealed in wall complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc including necessary connection lugging with copper lugs pin/ring type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCB SPN , 240 volts , 32-40 Amps , 10KA , 'C' curve type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing MCB SP , 240 volts , 6-32 Amps , 10KA , 'C' curve type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing wall/ceiling mounting LED 18 Watt PC Diffuser tube light fitting complete with all accessories 1x18W LED suitable for domestic application 240 Volts 50HZ, including one tube rod and internally pre-wired, with & including provision of three core flexible conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..
