Supply of PAPI Precision Approach Path Indicator 3 light channelled, current powered system (containing four identical units) suitable for 6.6A series current system including checking stick, checking stick base, clinometer, tool kit and along with all accessories such as 6.6A bi-pin halogen lamp assembly, red filters, lenses, lamps, adjustable legs with breakable couplings, spreader assembly, reflectors and holders, secondary leads of length 5 mtrs with plugs, dust proof housing with air filters, installation template frame, etc., conforming to the specifications of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome design Manual Part-IV with up to date amendments complete as required.

Supply of Bi-directional Inset type High intensity Runway Edge light fitting Clear/Clear or clear yellow for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base, side cable entry and matching body of the fitting, complete with 2 x 105 Watts and 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector halogen lamp of 6.6 amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, valve for watertightness tests, Cover GasKet, clear lenses with required filters and all standard accessories conforming to the specifications of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome design Manual Part-IV with up to date amendments complete as required.

Supply of Omni-directional Inset type medium intensity Taxiway Edge light LED fitting with blue light for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base, side cable entry and matching body of the fitting, complete with LED lamp suitbale for 6.6 amps pre-focused reflector LED lamp of 6.6 amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, valve for watertightness tests, Cover GasKet, clear lenses with required filters and all standard accessories conforming to the specifications of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome design Manual Part-IV with up to date amendments complete as required.

Supply of C. I. isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside diameter 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, expect top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive light fitting base plate/ cover plate on the top & under ground for housing transformer, power cable & having one/two/three nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre,75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no.of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole having center to center distance of 260mm to receive fitting/ base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Supply of C.I isolating transformer housing box Coller, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 100mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 30 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one/ two nos. 50mm dia "B" class GI Pipe and check nuts/ 63 mm. HDPE pipe, as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Supply of following capicity 5KV, 50 Hz series Isolating transformers encapsulated in polyster resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondry connections confirming to specification as required suitable for above mentioned fittings and following applications:

Supply of Gasket for bi-directional inset type HIRL edge light fitting.

Supply of 10 mm thick M.S dummy Plate of 330 mm dia having 6 Nos. x M-10 through hole along the circumferential centre of 260 mm diameter of plate to receive bolts on the existing Transformer Housing Box along with providing rubber gasket and 1 set of 6 Nos. M 10 size SS Bolts for fixing the MS plate etc. as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of PAPI units with checking stick as per ICAO standard including cement concerete foundation, levelling, cable termination, angle setting with clinometer complete ete as required. (One set consist of 4 PAPI Units)

Installation, testing & commissioning of Approach light fittings including Fixing of 50 mm. dia FRP frangible pole including cement concrete foundation and base plate for approach light fittings, upto 2.5 meter height with all accessories icluding necessaey site survey for required height of each fitting of SAPL etc. for compliance of DGCA, ICAO specification complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Apron/Taxiway elevated light fitting on the existing transformer housing box including installation of isolating transformer, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories, alignment leveling making transformer connection, earth connection etc. crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads in GI pipe & making connections i/c supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer including maintaining all the runway edge lights in straight line with suitable method of installation etc. as required.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick, all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top finished slope, including providing and fixing of 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder (bituminous / cc/soft soil) and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are not in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required as per drg.

ITC of CI Housing Box Coller upto 100 mm Height i/c Core cutting of suitable dia of 400 mm approx. and depth of core shall be 150 mm below the groud level as mentioned in diagram and technical specifications and all around concrete of 1:2:4, the top finished slope including providing, laying and fixing 6 SWG GI wire of required length from CI box to coller etc. complete as required. including maintaining all the runway edge lights in straight line with suitable method of installation etc. as required.

ITC of inset type Runway / Taxiway light fixtures after making suitable size of hole with help of core cutting machine in the bituminous / pavement area of Runway/ RESA and providing & fixing shallow base with dobefil and hardner inclusive of connection with secondary cable, transformer, by providing necessary connectors, moulding for incoming & outging connection including maintaining all the runway edge lights in straight line with suitable method of installation etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing PAPI fittings ( 1 set of 4 units ) from the foundation bolts including legs, filters, isolation transformers, etc., and shifting to store as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Dismamntling of elevated halogen type HIRL/MIRL fittings from the existing transformer housing boxes including lens, lamps and other accessories etc. with due care so that the same can be reinstalled etc. including supplying and fixing of blanking plate complete as required.

Moulding of secondary cable size 2C x 4.0 sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade at site with required 2 pin male/female connector complete as required.

Laying of 01 No. PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor of 5 KV grade airfield lighting cable of size upto 16 sqmm direct in ground i/c excavation, sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc. complete as required. (Depth of the trench should be 80 cm)

Laying of one additional number PVC insulated, PVC sheathed copper conductor of 5 KV grade airfield lighting cable of size upto 16 sqmm direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (Depth of the trench should be 80 cm)

Laying of 1 No. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 11/5 KV grade, size upto 25 sq mm in existing RCC/Hume/Stoneware/GI pipes as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminium / copper conductor power cable of 5KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sqmm in the existing cable duct / masonary trench etc. as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/ runway/ apron of PQC / bituminous surface of suitable depth and width for secondary and earth cable laying and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm size HDPE Pipe, including excavation of cc/hard/soft soil complete with proper alignment of pipe with transformer housing box (making suitable hole in it) to coller etc as required.

Supply & laying of 40 mm dia HDPE pipe by cutting hard bituminous / concrete surface by groove cutting upto a required depth by cutting, connecting both / one end to the transformer housing boxes and other to base of inset fittings with all required accessories including reducer and making good the damages etc. complete as required.

Earthing with 'B' class G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. (with charcoal) complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing suface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required

Supplying and laying of size 50 mm dia. DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Numbering of HIRL/ MIRL fittings with ISI approved enamel black paint (double coat) serially numbered of suitable size as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioing of internally illuminated LED based Mandatory / Information guidance signage of various sizes made out of reinforced 2 mm thick anodized aluminum profile having minimum width of 150 mm and supported at back by 50 mm dia (nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at suitable gap to provide stability and frangile coupling as required. Signage sheet shall be 4mm thick, long life poly carbonate non-specular surface with letters and symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for mandatory/informatory guidance sign. Work includes internal source & converter with high luminous long life typically 50,000 Hrs. type, 0.5 Watts LED’s assembled on aluminium PCB of size 700 mm x 20 mm and having 11 LEDs / PCB board with thickness of aluminium PCB not be less than 2 mm in order to ensure proper heat transfer from the LED’s to aluminium strip. The colour temperature of LED 5000-7000 Kelvin as per ICAO requirement. These LED ALuminium PCBs should be placed not more than 160mm apart across the length to ensure uniform distribution of light across the face of the board. Entire sign board should work on runway current range i.e. at all 5 step (2.8 to 6.6A) CCR output and comply photometric requirement as per ICOA Annex-14. The boards having length from 800 mm to 3000 mm should be illuminated by single driver & by using single isolating transformer of 200 W / 45W capacity. Board should have auto change over arrangement from one circuit to another. (Note all hardware required for modification in existing signage are included in this item).
